[00:01:08] Speaker A: Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins said she will reopen USDA Farm Service Agency offices and announce $3 billion in aid to farmers. In multiple posts on social platform X, Rollins said FSA offices will resume co core operations including critical services for farm loan processing, ARC PLC payments and other programs. Rollins referenced, quote, over $3 billion in assistance farmers have counted on in their business planning decisions and news that shocked and rocked us all in the cattle business earlier in the week. On Wednesday, when President Donald Trump defended his record on behalf of American cattle ranchers as he faced criticism from beef producers and agricultural state Republicans over his proposal to purchase from Argentina. Quoting President Donald Trump from the social media platform Truth Social Many of you have seen this blowing up on social media. Quoting Donald Trump. The cattle ranchers who I love don't understand that the only reason they are doing so well for the first time in decades is because I put tariffs on cattle coming into the United states, including a 50% tariff on Brazil. If it weren't for me, they would be doing just as they've if it weren't for me, they if it weren't for me, they would be doing just as they've done for the past 20 years. Terrible. It would be nice if they would understand that. But they also have to get their prices down because the consumer is a very big factor in my thinking also, unquote. There's so many of my opinions that I'd like to share right now and I guarantee they're just like each and every one of yours. But I'm just going to end this segment by saying people buy $10 coffees, but beef is too expensive.
