[00:01:15] Speaker B: And I'm Rebecca Warner, AKA Beck.
[00:01:17] Speaker A: I'm going to give all the guys some advice out there today, okay?
[00:01:21] Speaker B: Oh boy.
[00:01:21] Speaker A: Today is national bring flowers to someone special day. So here's what I got to tell the guys.
If you want to get out of the doghouse because you're going to be in there probably in another day or two, I mean we're, that's just, that's how it works. So if you want to lessen said punishment, randomly bring your significant other some flowers. It doesn't need to be a dozen roses. It could be a small plant.
It could be, you know, just a bouquet. That's five bucks. I do that to you. I'm not saying it gets me out of the doghouse, but I'm saying, saying you are so much more appreciative of when I do that very randomly.
[00:02:05] Speaker B: Well, because you learned early on with me you were surprised when I mentioned it before Valentine's Day, our very first Valentine's ever even came about. I brought it up and said I'm one of those that doesn't want flowers on Valentine's Day. I want flowers just because.
[00:02:20] Speaker A: And now you'll take them on Valentine's Day?
[00:02:21] Speaker B: I will. I will.
[00:02:23] Speaker A: You know, just like the other day that you came home on Sunday evening, you were gone for the weekend and I had gotten you a plant.
[00:02:30] Speaker B: Yes. You have beautiful bouquet of flowers for me for Mother's Day.
[00:02:32] Speaker A: Just. Just a little bit there. I mean, just something.
[00:02:34] Speaker B: Yes. Something just like telling you guys, yes. First off, if you want to stay out of the doghouse, of course, do those little chores that you know are common sense. Just do them that irritate your other half. But if you want to smooth things over, just spontaneously bringing home, like a little flower, maybe her favorite candy, anything like that means more than anything.
