Saturday nights from 9pm Eastern until midnight on the TRIM Radio Network. You can join the conversation in any of our chat rooms. And now, without further ado, your host, Ralla. [00:02:42] Speaker C: Welcome. Welcome, everyone. It is the red pill reality Show. An honor and a privilege to have you join me tonight. I know there's a lot of things that you'd like to do on Saturday night. This might not be the best one, but I appreciate every one of you. We average usually quite a few, quite a few listeners outside. You know, I'm surprised that there's that many people that listen to me on Saturday night. And like I said, I'm grateful for you guys, man. I think one of the greatest tools that we can have, one of the greatest weapons, if you will, that we can possess, is knowledge and an open mind. There are times when I laughed at things years ago and come to find out what I laughed at came, came to pass. One of the things that I laughed at was during the time I was in the service, we Were told that the Russians were going, somebody knocking at the door. We were told that the Russians were going to take over the United States. This is back in early 70s. Russians are going to take over. The Russians are going to take over United States. Come on you people, get out of here. The Russians aren't going to take over. We would knock them out in a heartbeat. Look how close we got, guys. We were within a heartbeat, within a heartbeat of just a nightmare happening and America literally coming to an end. I am so grateful for all of you who voted the way that you did. And the concerning part now is that we have people who are hell bent on division. Look at this. This is what the President gets to see while he is telling the country what is happening for the last. Was it 100 days. This is what he gets to look at. Lies. Musk steals. I like that one. How does Musk steal? I like the idea that they were going around going, oh my God, this guy is not, he's not an elected official and he's going to have my private information. If you've ever used payroll, PayPal, he's already, he's already had access to your information. So some people don't agree with it. But one thing I will tell you that I have seen unquestionably, this man has become a lot more serious than the last time. You know, I still don't know why he's orange, but get a kick out of that. But he is definitely more serious than he was last time. He has got a, a teamwork of people that are not going to put up with the nonsense. And that falls in line with what I'm going to present to you tonight. I'm going to have some people come on tonight that have been abused by the system. What can we do as individuals when the system abuses us? The very system that's supposed to work for us. The people who are by nature called public servants. What do we do when. When they turn their back on us or not only turn their back on us, turn against us completely, totally and, and make us look like we're the villains. We are, we're the criminals. So with this new administration, I'm going to have some people on tonight with me tonight. Hopefully we can stir up enough curiosity, somebody will pick the ball up and say, you know what? This needs to be looked into. This is not the way our country was intended to be run. I mean, it's been like this for a long time, folks. Unless you've been literally sleeping under a rock, it has been messed up For a very long time. I grew up in Dade County, Florida. Oh my gosh. I could spend shows on the garbage that went down in Dade County, Florida. Lost my home in Hurricane Andrew in 1974. 74. 19. Oh, Lord have mercy. I'm really going back 1980. When was Hurricane Andrew? 1992, I think. Hurricane Andrew. Having a blank in my mind right now. Anyway, lost our home, lost our neighborhood. Ended up moving to West Palm beach, right down the street from Mr. T. Stayed there for quite a while, enjoyed it. Florida is a rough place to live if you don't make a good living. And it became more and more difficult for me as the global corporations moved in and my small company was being run over by these people. I ended up having to close shop and move up north. The opposite of what most people do. Instead of being up north and move down south, moved up north. So I'm getting used to some of this weather that I've never really experienced before. One of the greatest things I've experienced since I've been here my first spring. So you don't see this stuff in Florida because it's typically green all over, you know, unless you're up in north Florida, but where I was at is typically green. You're all year round. And to be in the very north, where I'm at now, northeast quadrant of the United States, to, to witness spring, that was a real amazing thing for me to watch. All this stuff that looks so dead, all of a sudden, like within a week or two, boom. Everything just explodes. All right, so we're coming up in a few minutes here. I have some people coming on with me and, and we're going to talk about some of the things that went on and hopefully I'm praying that we can, we can stir up enough information out there, enough curiosity that some of these bad people can start paying the price. All right, so if you saw the presidential address. There are some things in the presidential address that just knocked me out. First one, this was a shorty. I would do it again. [00:08:18] Speaker F: It's single largest one month gain ever recorded. [00:08:22] Speaker C: Mr. President. [00:08:23] Speaker E: 41 point jump. [00:08:30] Speaker C: Members are directed to uphold and maintain decorum in the House and to cease any further disruptions. That's your warning. Members are engaging in willful and continuing breach of decorum. And the chair is prepared to direct the Sergeant at Arms to restore order to the joint session. Take your seat. Finding that members continue to engage in willful and concerted disruption of proper decorum, the chair now directs the Sergeant at Arms to restore order Remove this gentleman from the chamber. [00:09:20] Speaker F: The rules were applied to me. [00:09:22] Speaker E: I acknowledged it, I accepted. But I would do it again because. [00:09:27] Speaker F: I didn't do it for. [00:09:36] Speaker C: I don't know. I sure love that portion of it, though, I gotta tell you, some of these people just sitting there complaining. I mean, can you imagine? Here you are telling the, the. The country of all of your successes, which he's had quite a few and he's done quite a bit in just a short amount of time that he's been there. I mean, my gosh, he's like knocking them over right, left and center, right? And then you got to look at something like, false save Medicaid. I like that one, Medicaid. Were they sleeping when they heard that Doge had found out how many billions of dollars are being wasted and fraudulently being used in Social Security and Medicaid? I don't know. These people are like, they're on the planet, but they're not on the planet. You know, it's just the craziest thing in the world. All right, so I got another one here. That was a. That was one angle. I got another angle. Let's see if I got the other one here. I would do it again. [00:10:36] Speaker E: No, it's single. [00:10:37] Speaker C: Do you. Dipstick, Let me see this one. [00:10:39] Speaker F: Small business optimism. So it's single largest one month gain ever recorded. [00:10:45] Speaker E: A 41 point jump. [00:10:53] Speaker C: Members are directed to uphold, hold and maintain decorum in the house and to cease any further disruptions. That's your warning. Members are engaged. I still don't understand what he's complaining about. It's crazy. It's. They really have lost their minds. They really have lost their minds. I. They wouldn't stand for dj, the young man who had cancer. I don't know how many. 13 times of cancer. Brain cancer. Lord have mercy. They wouldn't stand for the fireman's wife. I can't think of his name. It's an Italian name. The one that got murdered when they attempted to assassinate Trump. They wouldn't stand for her. They wouldn't stand for a widow whose husband who was a police officer who got murdered. The wind. Okay, you don't have to love Trump. You could at least respect the people that, that he's acknowledging. So it just. To me, it just points out more and more of the type of mentality that these people have. You know, it's like this guy Green, he said, oh, do it again. Right? Where's it at? I would do it again, Dipstick. You would do it again? So you make yourself look like a numbskull. You really were out of place. I mean, there's no question about it. I mean, you would do it again. What value are you bringing to the table? How are you helping your constituents by pulling this garbage? And what did you actually accomplish? Nothing but making yourself look stupid. If this guy gets reelected, I got to tell you, I gotta. Either the polls are fixed, which we know that that happens quite a bit, or the people are just plain stupid, or maybe they like to be abused. I mean, this guy, to me, what's he. I think he's Alabama, Forgive me, I'm guessing, I think, I don't remember whatever he's representing. Would you want somebody like that representing you, being your representative, that this is the guy who is a, a, a reasonable facsimile, if you will, of your state, your county. So, anyway, I'm telling you, I got such a kick out of this last, this last presidential conference. The, The Starting out with America is back. And it was phenomenal. It was really sad to see these Democrats just sit on their hands repeatedly when there's really something to be proud of. It's, it's not by standing up and saying, hey, you know what? I acknowledge this lady lost her husband and, you know, my heart goes out to her. That's not acknowledging Trump. I had one of them listening to one of them say, well, you know, Trump, he made a spectacle out of this. And it was for a young man who had survived cancer 13 times. Like he had anything to do with it. He wasn't saying that he had anything to do with it. He was. All he was doing is, was acknowledging a young man and really fulfilling a lifetime, something that will live with him for the rest of his life. That he was able to, to be a, a notary, Secret Service, and he wanted to be a police officer all his life. Lord have mercy. You can't acknowledge that we have a serious problem. You know, I want to see our country move forward. I, I have lots of friends who are Democrats. Some of them are still, they're still blinded, you know, and it may be because they, it's difficult to admit that, hey, you may be wrong. You may. Made a mate. Can't even talk tonight. You may have made a mistake. Is it that difficult? I mean, I learned a long time, I guess, with getting older. It's. I don't know from when I make a mistake. I just openly tell you I make a mistake. I tell people. You don't have to believe everything I tell you. I don't really Want you to believe what I tell you. I would rather you listen. I am so grateful that you would take the time to listen and then go check it out for yourself. Because when you go check it out for yourself, it's a little different than hearing it from me. I know. That's my personal experience. That's one of the things that really moved me. Many, many years ago, I had a. So my company, what my company did, we were specialists on laser printers. We worked on high end laser printers, commercial laser printers. We also worked on small networks and wide, wide format printers. So I fixed printers for a variety of people anywhere from the judicial system of Palm beach county to Clear Channel Radio to some of the largest attorneys there in Palm Beach. And one of them was Clear Channel Radio. And I would listen to Clear Channel. We had a. We had a DJ on at the time and name was Randy Rhodes. I happened to meet Randy one day. I happened to be at the studio working on one of the printers, got done. She went out for cigarette break, went out there to put the stuff back in my car. And we had, you know, pleasantries. Hey, how are you? Nice to meet you. Blah, blah, blah, blah. So one day I'm on my way up to Vero Beach. It was quite a drive from Palm beach, about two hours or so, an hour and a half and three quarters. It was a ways. I was listening to the show and she's ramping on about the Bush crime family, the Bush crime from this and that and the other. I said, you know, that is so disrespectful. I got a call and just find out why she's so upset with Bush. I was ignorant, I gotta tell you. I was ignorant. But this is one of the. What I said earlier. Knowledge and an open mind. So I called. Fortunately, I got almost right through to her. We had pleasantries. Hey, how are you? I remember you. How you doing? Blah, blah, blah. And I said to her, is it respectful to be speaking this way of the president, United States? Oh, my gosh, you would have thought I asked her to take her pants off or something. She went from pleasantry to the wicked witch of the east, north and south, all at one time. It was horrendous. And she came down on me like white on rice. What do you know about the Bush family? What do I know? He's the president. What do I need? I think we should have respect for the president. Do your homework. Click. And I said, you picked the wrong guy to hang up on. I will do my homework. And that's what I did. I did my homework. And she was absolutely correct. It is a crime family. The Bush was a crime family. The Clintons are crime family. The Obamas are a crime family. The Bidens are a crime family. It's just a massive, massive bunch of criminals acting as, quote, leaders of our country that are literally selling us out behind our backs but smiling in our faces the whole time. If I wasn't open minded, and I was and was not ashamed to say, you know what, I made a mistake, here I was respecting this man who really deserves to be in prison for all that he has done. If I wasn't willing to make that admission and have an open mind and go look for myself, because the information's out there, people. If you look enough, you will find there. There's a lot of garbage out there. I've heard it all. I've been doing this since a lot longer than a lot of people. I think my first introduction to the Internet was 1994. I think it was. It was AOL dial up where you listen to your modem. So I've been at it for a while. So there's all kinds of garbage information out there. You have to use discernment, but there's also valuable information out there. When the COVID thing was going down and I was trying to tell people, I caught so much grief, my channel literally got removed from YouTube. We got removed from YouTube because we said, listen, they're not telling you the truth about COVID It has a 90 plus, 99 plus percent. See, I can say it here because we're not on YouTube anymore. 99 plus percent recovery rate without medical intervention. The thing that they want to stick in your arm, does it. Is it 100% safe? They will tell you it's not 100%. If they want to be honest, it's not 100% safe. So if it's not 100% safe and you're looking at a virus that has a 99 plus percent recovery rate without medical intervention, what's the point of having this? Beside the fact that it didn't stop you from getting it, beside the fact that it didn't stop you from spreading it. So the lives continued on and on and on. And people like me who are coming out and go, hey, listen, dude, there's this stuff called Ivermectin. Oh, that's horse paste. Oh my God. This is what we deal with. Unfortunately, the media has a tremendous amount of pull on people's opinions. And if they spread something long enough throughout a wide variety, you Know, it doesn't matter how many channels you got. It doesn't matter how many different news outlets you listen to. If they're part of the mainstream media, they're owned by six, six. Six fingers up there. Because my camera goes crazy. [00:20:17] Speaker E: Six. [00:20:17] Speaker C: That's it. And if you listen carefully, it's almost word for word when they, when they're telling you what they're telling you. It's almost word for word. It's almost the same thing over and over and over again. So if you say the lie enough times and you repeat it over and over and over enough times, people will begin to believe it. There are still people who believe that Joe Biden was a good president. He wasn't even here. People, you know, you, what you saw was a shell of a man. Was a shame. It was a shame that they would display this individual in front of the world as our president who couldn't even walk. And I'm not making fun of him, I'm not far behind him in years, but he couldn't even walk up a, you know, a set of stairs. He rode a bike and fell down just so many times. He would open his mouth and this would come out and you go, oh, my God. But they displayed him and they portrayed him as one of the best around. There are people who believe that now. There's a variety of reasons why. Some of them are just totally, completely indoctrinated. Others don't want. I want to go back to this point. Others don't want to admit that they may have been wrong. It's not the worst thing in the world to admit that you may have been wrong. We're humans. That's part of our nature. If we. For me and my life's experience, if I hadn't made mistakes, oh Lord, the things that I would have missed out on, the things that I would have. I'll give you one real quick. We got about another few minutes before we go to break, and then I'll bring these people on real quick. I was working for a company that just distributed 3M products, Minnesota Mining and manufacturing. The people who make Scotch tape, well, they make a lot more than Scotch tape, a heck of a lot more. And a lot of the products that I sold were involved in manufacturing industry. Well, I had worked for that company and basically helped run that. I was like the second in command of that company for 11 or 12 years. I don't recall family owned company. I grew up with the family. You know, I was like part of the family. A lot of people thought I was a family. Things didn't work out towards the end of my work there and I ended up leaving. I ended up working for another company. The leaving of that company was literally like leaving my family. I'd been with them for 11 or 12 years at that point, but I grew up with everybody. I grew up with the father who owned the company. I grew up with the oldest son. I grew up with the youngest. Youngest son and I were best friends. I was his best man. So when I left, it was painful. Oh, God, it was. It was just like leaving my family. I gotta tell you, I cried. I was a grown man. I was crying. But the result of that was I moved on to a better situation. Now I was in a position where I was being paid considerably more than I was before. And I was running a company and learning a completely new industry. I had learning about the plastics industry. I came from a manufacturer's supplier to now being a manufacturer, involved in the production lines, involved in getting everything set up. I had to admit at one point in my life, working for this other, the original company, that I can't be here anymore. I'm missing. Something is missing. And it hurt so bad because I wanted to be there, but I didn't want to be there. So what I'm saying to you is if you're not willing to have an open mind and admit you may have made a mistake, you're going to miss out on things. I think that's one of the greatest lessons that I have learned in this life, to have an open mind. Somebody comes to you. I heard on Glenn Beck many, many, many years ago. I would listen to the radio between service calls because some of the service calls half an hour drive before you got there, I was listening to Glenn Beck and this man called up and he. He was hysterical. You don't understand. You don't understand. They control the weather and they're going to do. And I was laughing. I was laughing. This guy has totally. I want some of whatever he's smoking. That's some good stuff. They control the weather, people. I hope you realize that. The stuff that they spray in the sky, the stuff that we call chemtrails, the stuff that is made up of three primary heavy metals. Aluminum, strontium and barium. That stuff that comes starts at a thin line during the day and then gradually grows as the day goes on, that is being used by a technology called haarp, H, A, A, R, P. And what they do with this technology is they transmit bazillions of watts of Power up into the atmosphere. These nanoparticulates of metal act as a receiver, act as an antenna. They heat up the atmosphere. Guess what happens when you start heating up the atmosphere? You get weather modification. You get to be able to manipulate the weather. So what I want another example when I laughed at many years ago was real. It was real. So don't be too fast at. Oh, my God. Control the weather. What a bunch of idiots, man. Are you kidding me? Next thing you'll be telling me that they have ability to fly without using the. The standard ways that we have. They do. They do. All right, gonna take a break. This is a short break, so only about four minutes. When I come back and bring some people on with me, we're gonna have a talk about what's going on in Lee County, Florida. Apparently, some people have been treated pretty bad. And one of the people I spoke with really pulled on my heartstrings because his dad was a veteran. Of course, you guys know I'm a veteran. And they really did him wrong. From the story that he told me, it was just heart wrenching. So I'm gonna let him share some of that with you, and then we'll have another one person that will share some information with you. And hopefully, if we can get some curiosity stirred up out there, we'll get somebody to go, hey, we need to look into this. This needs to be investigated. This doesn't, at least on the surface, doesn't look good. And if it's. You know, how many times have the conspiracy theorists. I think it's 37. Oh, now how many times have the conspiracy theorists come through? Oh, they're crazy. They're conspiracy theorists. And then what happened? The conspiracy that we talked about happened. Right? All right, here we go. Be right back. Don't go away. You're listening to the Red Pill reality show. We'll be right back. [00:26:56] Speaker D: Take the red pill. Take the blue pill. Take the red pill. [00:26:59] Speaker F: I can't help but look around and feel like things are getting out of hand. We've been told to trust the science, but the science just doesn't make sense. They say it isn't mandatory, but they also say your jab at your job. But if it doesn't stop the spread, it makes it feel like this is just a facade. What about the health care workers? What about the frontline nurses? How quickly we forget the day we're working 18 hours a day. What about informed consent? What about due diligence? It seems a country that I used to call home is surely slipping away. I can't help but look around and feel like mine's slowly starting to change. Cause even if you're triple vaccinated know that segregation isn't the way. Freedom is a choice and it's available to all if we choose. But first things first, you gotta turn off the news. Yeah, what about the health care workers? What about the frontline nurses? How quickly we forget that they were working 18 hours a day? What about informed consent? What about due diligence? It seems a country that I used to call home and surely slipping away. If you late to the party, there's plenty room with the table this side. Don't discriminate, urinate. I'm calling on every single man, woman, child of the able. It's time to take the streets and liberate. But please don't be a part of the problem Staying willfully ignorant. Cause there's just way too much at stake. Yo, it's okay to change your mind. You can admit you were wrong. Cause where there's perfect love, there ain't no shame. Heavenly father, show me what I don't understand yet. I got my marching orders. I don't fully know the plan yet. Hold on to my bible before bed. No, it ain't V yet. Did you know the makers of the vaccine make the Xanax? I would never lean on corporations for morality. Cuz they put their profits over people for their salaries. No, they want to make you bend the knee for your normality. I know you feeling all alone but in reality there's way more of us than them. There's way more of us than them. There's way more of us than them. There's way more of us than them. There's way more of us than them. [00:29:44] Speaker C: That's the truth. [00:29:45] Speaker F: There's way more of us than them. There's way more of us than that. There's way more of us. There's way more. [00:31:01] Speaker B: And we're back. Hope you didn't go too far because we have more interesting and thought provoking information for you. Coming up on the red pill reality show. [00:31:23] Speaker C: All right, well, there goes the camera. This happens all the time. I'll get it working here in a second. Let me bring on some of my guests here. We'll start with Tommy. Bring Tommy on. There we are. Hey, Tony, how are you? [00:31:37] Speaker E: Hey, Mr. Vascata. How are you today? [00:31:40] Speaker C: Good. My friend, welcome to red pill reality show. [00:31:42] Speaker E: Thank you, thank you. [00:31:45] Speaker C: So let me bring on. Looks like Heather. We'll bring Heather on as well. Hello, Heather. Welcome to the red pill Reality show, you are muted. I don't know if you realize that, but you, your computer, your mic is muted. Okay. There you go. [00:31:58] Speaker A: Yeah. Oh, I had my mic off. Hello. [00:32:00] Speaker C: Good evening. Now I can hear you. So let me. Let me start with Tommy, because I had a conversation with Tommy before we did the show, and the conversation that we had was pretty heart wrenching in a. I've got some of the documents uploaded as well, Tom. So if any of that stuff that you want to show, I can. I can bring it back up as well. Let's start off with just like a Reader's Digest version of what happened. How did you get involved in all. Where did all of this start? [00:32:30] Speaker E: Well, like I was telling you, first of all, thank you for your service. My father was a Korean War veteran who suffered from epilepsy as a result of the war. And so he was a very eccentric man, but very intelligent. And so how I got involved in this situation is probably because I needed to be involved. God knew that I would answer the call for justice for him. My father had four children. Two sets of twins, my brother and I, Stephen and Thomas. And then there's Linda and Michael, who are the older twins. Michael just recently committed suicide as a result of the pressure of what's going on. But jumping right in, that's just a little bit of history of my father's life. He lived in Fort Myers, Florida, and had lived there for almost 30 years. And so I grew up in Fort Myers, Florida. I knew a lot of people there. I actually owned a home in north. North Fort Myers in Movie River Estates. So I'm very familiar with the area. I had gone there all my life. And so what happens is I get a phone call from the Lee County Sheriff's office from Detective Bequeur that my father had died December 30, 1920 20. And I was shocked because my father was in pretty good health. And so he had told me I needed to hire a biohazard company to clean up his remains, which I found very odd. And when I googled, I didn't. I've never heard of a biohazard company, honestly. And so I googled it. And what it explained was it's about the cleanup of someone's body fluids. And they talked a lot about murder and homicide. And I thought, wow, that's really strange. Why would they ask me to bring this kind of company to my father's house? But in any event, I hired a company right in Fort Myers, and they met me at my father's house on January 3rd. And when I got down to his home, nothing made sense. And as soon as I walked in the door, I knew something had happened. His house looked ransacked. Nothing was the way my father would have lived. I know because I used to go down to his house all the time. And I always use the expression, if the toilet paper wasn't hung right, I would have known it. He was my father. We were very close. I was the only child in his life. His other three, my other three siblings were not in his life for the past 20 years because of a divorce. You know, where mom had influence over the other three and she didn't have that kind of influence over me. My mother was a very strong headed woman. And so I remained very friendly with my father and I often visited with. Visited down there with my stepmother and my father. And so we had a very strong bond between the three of us because that's all we had, was each other in any event. So I go down there and something's clearly wrong. I call my, my then partner and I tell him that there's something wrong here. I don't know what it is, but this is not my father. I didn't know at the time that what I was saying was he didn't die naturally. And I just knew that something was very wrong. And so as I went throughout the house and I looked around and tried to clean up before the biohazard company came in, I noticed that his computer was wiped clean. There was. Someone broke into the back door of his house. The glass. He had glass doors from one side of the house to the other. And one of them was actually kicked in and still kicked in. It was off the track. So I noticed that somebody had broken into the house. All the doors were locked because I had spoken to the detective before I went down there on December 30, and he said he locked up the whole house and that he was sending me his keys and his wallet. And so I said that would be fine. And so at that point, when I went down there, I had not received the keys yet. And so I also went through the back door because it was already smashed in. I noticed there was money missing out of his home. All his financials were gone, his checkbook, his ledgers that he had, everything, anything to do with his banking, all gone. The only thing that was left was a bunch of credit cards placed strategically throughout the house that were old credit cards from 10 years ago to show me to say that he had a lot of credit card debt. Those credit card bills have been paid long ago. Somebody dug them out of somewhere and put them around the house for me to see, to say there was a lot of debt, which I knew there wasn't because I knew, you know, my father and I used to communicate. And in any event, so while I'm there, a next door neighbor. And there's really two parts of this. There's, there's the. The Reader's Digest part and then there's the judicial system part. And so that's how I'm going to break it up. I'm going to follow your lead. And so with that, the next door neighbor, Mike Peterson, comes over to me and is asking, or excuse me, is asking me, telling me that I had been down at the house and he heard me screaming at my father and he almost called the cops on me. Now, Mike Peterson tells me that this happened and this. I'm giving you the short version, there's a little more detail, but it's silly to go through the whole thing. So I'm just going to give you the. The end result. And so he tells me that I tried to extort $20,000 my father, and he heard me screaming, yelling that I was abusing my father. And so I asked him, well, what, what. When did you hear me saying this? Because I knew he. I didn't know Mike Peterson as the neighbor. I knew Joe. And all of a sudden, this gentleman stranger that I've never seen or talked to before is accusing me of things. And so he gives me the date around the time frame of 2018. And so I laugh at him and I say, that's impossible. And I said, because I wasn't here in 2018. The last time I. In fact, the last time I was in Fort Myers, 2016, because we had Covid that had come in and my father was, you know, had a hoarding situation that prohibited me from visiting him as much as I could. I would have liked to. I couldn't sleep in a bed because it was just filled with. Well, I don't want to get into that part. But anyway, so his situation changed drastically. My father's situation changed drastically when his wife died. He loved his wife very much, Patricia Pepe, and so did I. And he really went into a spiral of depression. For the first five years, we talked on the phone every single day for hours and hours because he needed me. I was the only person in his life, and I knew that, and I knew he needed me. And so I sat on the phone with him and I babysat him and I coddled Him. And I told him how, you know, wonderful she was as a stepmother and what a great job he did caring for her, because he did. He wouldn't let anybody near his wife, not even the nurses. And so he was just a. He was just a. He was a great father, a great son, a great husband. Twice. He never drank, he never smoked, he never drugged. He was a hundred at everything. He died with an 800 credit score. Everything he did was a hundred percent. [00:40:15] Speaker C: Wow. And so hang on, let me ask you some questions. What, Let me turn my mic up a little bit here. So you said he died suspectfully. You suspect the way that he passed away. What, what gives you that, that impression? Why do you think that something other than natural happened? [00:40:37] Speaker E: Well, the first thing is I found buckets of rat poison. Buckets, Five gallon buckets of rat poison in his house. They would, they were all over the place. And I thought, what is he doing all this rat poison? This is strange. Now he lived on the canal of Fort Myers Shores. And so I knew that there were water rats that he would see once in a while in his yard. And he actually purchased. When I went over his credit cards, his bills, he did purchase a small package of rat poison, which makes sense to me. He was sprinkle it in the yard. He would. Because he had a boat. And so he would sprinkle it in the yard and you'd have to walk through the yard to get to the boat. So his habit was he did that for his wife because she was, she hated bugs and animals like that. So he was still doing that. The buckets was very suspicious to me because I know for a fact he was not spreading all of that rat poison around the house. There's no possible way. First of all, he wouldn't even be able to lift those buckets of rat poison, you know, big five pound buckets. So that was the first signal. [00:41:48] Speaker C: Okay, wait a minute. You said that you checked out his purchases, right? Did you see any purchases for a 5 gallon, for a large amount? [00:41:55] Speaker E: No, sir. No, sir. One small bag of rat poison. [00:41:59] Speaker C: Do you have any idea where that large amount of rat poison would have come from? [00:42:03] Speaker E: I do. I do. I believe. And through emails, my twin brother confirms that he has more knowledge about what's going on than I do. And in so many words, he tells me exactly what's going to happen. And so I believe my sister Linda Catano and her cop husband, Anthony Catano, along with the sheriff Carmine Marceno, poisoned him and purchased the rat poison and poison. And they left the Ratnets. A rat nest in his closet. When I got down there, I had a. I had Beth Rach draw a colleague of hers meet me at the house because he was going to help me clean out the hoard, which he did. But he made it his point to point out to me that there was a rat's nest in the closet. And that was very suspicious to me because my father would have told me that he had a rat's nest in his closet because it was the closet to his pantry. So he. When he went to get food, he would have had to see that rat nest. And it was just a bunch of plastic bags that were all over the floor. It was just very odd looking to me. I never saw a rat's nest, but I found it very strange that this Brad Stray, colleague of Beth Stray in real estate, is pointing that out. And then the other strange thing is I asked Brad to mail me his computer because I had forgotten it. This is. Now I'm back home. I called Brad. I said, would you mind mailing me my father's computer? I forgot to take it with me because I want to have an expert look at it. Being that they wiped it clean and. Which I did. I have two receipts from a private investigator that inspected it and also a computer tech up here called. What the tech. Both looked at it, both gave me notes, emails and notes that it was professionally wiped clean. Mike Peterson, his next door neighbor, had a computer company down in Fort Myers. My guess is Mike Peterson is the one that wiped the computer clean. [00:44:16] Speaker C: A couple of questions, Tom. Do you like Tom or Tommy, which you prefer? [00:44:21] Speaker E: It doesn't matter. Whatever you call me, it's fine. [00:44:24] Speaker C: What advantage would. I'm playing the devil's advocate here, okay? I'm asking questions that I think other people would ask as well. So you believe that somehow your sister is involved in. In an unnatural, timely death of your dad? Yeah. Is that correct? [00:44:39] Speaker E: Yeah. [00:44:40] Speaker C: And so what advantage would it be to her to have your dad pass away like that? Does somebody gain something somewhere along the line? [00:44:48] Speaker E: Sure, that's a good question. First, I'll say this. My father lived in Fort Myers for almost 30 years. My sister purchases a home in Naples just six months prior to his death. That's number one. I found that very strange. And she doesn't tell me when she's purchasing it. She tells me after she purchased it. [00:45:11] Speaker C: Where was she living before that? [00:45:13] Speaker E: She said she lives in the Bronx. She has. She lives in the Bronx. She has a summer. A winter home in Naples. So she purchases that Here. Another odd thing. She actually calls my brother Michael on December 29, and she's crying to my brother Michael that my father's dead. Now, I wasn't notified until December 30th, and I asked Mr. Buchera, after my brother Michael tells me that our sister told him daddy was dead on the 29th, I called the detective and I say, did you notify anybody else that my father was dead? And he says, no, you're the only one. And you have to call your family, not me. So how does Linda know my father's dead a day before I do, before the sheriff goes into his house? I don't know. Nobody will answer that question in my family. [00:46:07] Speaker C: Was that reported to the police that you. You were told by your sister. [00:46:12] Speaker E: My older brother was told by my sister. [00:46:14] Speaker C: You found out that your sister called your brother. [00:46:17] Speaker E: Correct. [00:46:18] Speaker C: Before you even knew that he had passed away? [00:46:22] Speaker E: Correct. [00:46:22] Speaker C: And nobody had told her from the sheriff's department that he had passed away? [00:46:26] Speaker E: Correct. [00:46:27] Speaker C: So one of two. Was she physically down in Florida? Was she still up. Up north? [00:46:33] Speaker E: Well, she has a winter home in Naples. I'm. I'm gonna say she was in Naples because she goes down there in the winters to Naples. [00:46:41] Speaker C: Oh, it's. There's a possibility that she went to the house. Right. She knows where he lives. She went to the house, she saw he had passed away, and then to be officially notified is one. That's one. That's a possibility. The other possibility is somehow she's directly responsible for all of this. How would she know that he had passed away before you knew and were officially notified by the sheriff? [00:47:10] Speaker E: Well, here's another one. [00:47:12] Speaker C: You told me in our conversation, if I remember correctly, somebody called for a welfare check. Is that correct? [00:47:19] Speaker E: Yes. We're getting. [00:47:20] Speaker C: Who. Who was the welfare. Who called into welfare check? [00:47:24] Speaker E: That's Mary. That is a woman my father was taking to karaoke every week. Every. They were going three times a week is what she told me. She's almost 90 years old and a lovely lady. I had never spoken to her. I had never met her. In fact, my father just tells me briefly that he's hanging out with this Mary and they're going to karaoke. And I tell my father, don't let her into your home, because it's disgusting. So he buys a new car to impress her. And so I speak to Mary and Mary three times. I speak to Mary, and Mary confirms that she is the one that found my father on the floor dead, and her brother was with her. And she called the sheriff's office for a wellness check. By the time she. By the time the sheriffs got there, she beat them there. So she went into his house, Mary through the front door, and she discovered his body. And I confirmed that with Mary three times. Now, the other interesting part is when I arrived down in Fort Myers, there's no mail in my father's mailbox. My father decomposed for up to 17 days. When I opened the mailbox, I expected a ton of mail to be in there or in his home. And so now I'm really intrigued by that. And because I have a retail business online, and I know about the mail system. And so I run to the Fort Myers post office, and I speak to the head charge over there, the master, the postmaster, and I ask him, are you delivering to. Are you delivering mail to 2056 Barbados Avenue in Fort Myers? And he goes into the back and comes back out, and he says, yes, we've delivered in the mail. I said, well, let me ask you a question. What if the person that lived there was on vacation and didn't tell you and just left? What would you do? And he said, well, here's what would happen. The first day, we'd bring mail. The second day, we bring mail. The third day, we bring mail. By the fourth day, the mailbox would be packed. We wouldn't be able to put any more mail in. We would take all the mail out of the mailbox, bring it back to the post office, and leave a note for the person. Please contact the post office for your mail. I said, very interesting. I said, I thought that's what you would do. So, postmaster, can you kindly check in the back one more time and see if there's any mail back there that the mailman had maybe brought back? So he says, okay, I'll be right back. He comes back. He says, no, there's no mail here. He said, that tells me the mail is being delivered every day. And I said, okay. So I came back from my back to my father's house, and I'm thinking about that, and I'm like, the mails to live in every day. How is. Where is it? Where's the mail? So for a year, I'm questioning family, friends, attorneys. I tell everybody, where is the mail? What happened? I put in reports to the post office. I put in reports everywhere. I call Carmel my sano many times. And a year later in the probate matter, my brother Stephen Pepe, has my attorney at the very end low, in a very low voice, says, stephen Pepe was sent and the words were, was sent the direct quote, quote, unquote, sent, unquote. Two weeks of his father's mail and three retirement accounts. Now I'm saying, how is. Stephen Pepe spent three weeks with that mail? [00:50:53] Speaker C: You just said what I was gonna ask. [00:50:54] Speaker E: Yeah, yeah. So I think about it. I'm like, okay. So I make a. I make a calendar, and I say, okay, here's the dates the mail was delivered. Mail was delivered. Mail was delivered. If it was sent to him, somebody had to go in and clean out that mailbox every day, because by day three, the postman would have taken the mail back. So somebody was cleaning out my father's mailbox. But even further, they had to have known my father was dead. [00:51:21] Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah. [00:51:22] Speaker E: Why do you go and take somebody's mail and not think, oh, my God. [00:51:26] Speaker C: By the third day, it wasn't Mary, Right? You verified it wasn't Mary. [00:51:30] Speaker E: Was not Mary. I verify with Mary. Mary had not seen my father the entire week prior to him decomposing. [00:51:37] Speaker C: Wow. [00:51:38] Speaker E: And she's almost 90. But here I have Steven Pepe emailing me and cluing me in on things and helping me connect the dots in a weird, hostile way. He's angry at me. My twin brother is angry at me, who's. I've had a relationship my whole life. I'm the best man in his wedding. I'm grandfather to his children. So all of a sudden, Stephen Pepe's very angry and gonna tell me exactly what's gonna happen to me, because I'm the one that did it. And so I know I didn't do it. I was the only one in his life. And I love my father. I loved him very much. He was my hero and my best friend. And so I knew that. Well, at the time, I thought, yeah, it's bs, Right? Now that I know you have his mail, Lindsay Catano obviously sent it to you. That's the sister. She's the one that's cleaning out the mailbox every day. [00:52:40] Speaker C: Wow. [00:52:41] Speaker E: It's very obvious. I mean. [00:52:45] Speaker C: I go back to, if you're correct, that your sister was somehow involved in this. Excuse me. Does she. When something like this goes on, somebody gains. Somebody wins something. What. What would. What would she gain by all this? [00:53:03] Speaker E: Well, my father had, unbeknownst to me, $6 million in those retirement accounts. [00:53:09] Speaker C: Oh, crud. [00:53:10] Speaker E: That's number one. [00:53:11] Speaker C: Wow. [00:53:12] Speaker E: Yes. Number two, his house, in which they now have possession of. And number three, it was to. [00:53:20] Speaker C: Wait, wait a minute. Back up. His house. They have. They have possession of his House. [00:53:25] Speaker E: Well, that's. Yeah, that's the part of the court. How the court is so corrupt that they actually force a foreclosure and sell it back to Stephen Pepe for penny on pennies on the dollar. They use a straw buyer, Luke Yuke last week. And an attorney from Fort Myers pushes this agenda through, but they get caught. [00:53:50] Speaker C: So am I understanding correctly? Theoretically, we're not saying anybody's guilty of anything. We're just. This is a theory at this point. [00:53:59] Speaker E: Hello. [00:54:00] Speaker C: That if your dad had passed away unnaturally under particular circumstances, it would benefit your sister. Would that be a fair. [00:54:10] Speaker E: Yes. Yes, sir. [00:54:13] Speaker C: And they never looked into that aspect of what was going on? No, sir. [00:54:19] Speaker E: Well, no, because Carmine won't take a report. Carmi Misander the sheriff. The other important factor here is my father's will is missing. My father left my three siblings $1 each. Because in Florida you cannot omit children in your will. You must include them. That's a law. My father told me that. And I saw the will. And not only did I see it, but I saw it with. When my stepmother was on her. Her deathbed. And she called upon me to go feed her on her deathbed before she died. And when I got to Fort Myers, I was in New York. I was living in New York at the time. I flew down to Fort Myers and I fed her and she passed away five minutes later. But prior to that, had told me about the will. And she showed me where it was. It was in a Pendaflex folder in her computer station. And she said, when the time comes, that's where it is. And my father and I talked about it over the years. In fact, I have a witness who my father says to me throughout the years after my stepmother died, don't even tell your three siblings I died. And that witness lives in my house. It's my ex partner, actually. His name is Ted Long. And he hears my father say throughout the years, don't even tell your siblings I'm dead. And I. And I promised him I wouldn't and I didn't. I. I didn't not call any of my siblings. [00:55:42] Speaker C: Yeah, somehow they knew. [00:55:44] Speaker E: No idea how they heard. I have no idea. [00:55:47] Speaker C: Another question. Do you still have access? Do you still have possession of the computer? [00:55:52] Speaker E: No. What the tech had, the last person to have it was what the tech. And that's when he asked that. Because not too long ago, I went up there to ask him if he still had that hard drive, and he said, no, I do have the receipt, which, in which he sent me stating that it was professionally wiped out and the information can never be be retrieved again. My suspicion is they. My father's banking was all done on that computer. And I know that because I used to run a business, and I used to use that computer all the time. And so my suspicion is somebody knew that he had his banking on his computer, and they went in and did what they had to do and wiped his computer clean. What's even stranger is he had worked the whole year of 2020 as a security guard. He never got a W2. So someone contacted everybody in the financial aspect of things, or they switched the address to all his finances to go somewhere else because I changed his mail. On January 6, I forwarded his mail to my house because I was the personal administrator. I knew I was going to be the personal administrator. I hadn't been yet assigned, but I was the only person in his life, so it didn't make sense to me to send it to my siblings. They didn't even talk to him, and they don't know he's dead, according to me. [00:57:16] Speaker C: That's crazy. I have. I see my friend is on Cindy. Let me see if she wants to Come on. See you there, Cindy. You're all black. You were on, and then you're off. All right, well, let me know if you want to come on. Cindy's had some experiences with the judicial system as well. Unplugged. [00:57:38] Speaker E: I opened up a Facebook group, and there's quite a few people who have had experiences. So it's not coincidence is what I'm saying. [00:57:48] Speaker C: Yeah, So I see Heather here. Let me bring Heather on. You're. You're. You're muted. Heather, by the way, your experience. Heather, what happened? How are you and with all of this? [00:58:01] Speaker A: Well, I'm here with Tom. [00:58:03] Speaker B: We're in the same. [00:58:05] Speaker A: In the room here. Yeah, So I had my. [00:58:08] Speaker C: My. That's what I'm saying. Okay, that's fine. [00:58:13] Speaker E: I'll do that. [00:58:14] Speaker C: Okay. [00:58:16] Speaker A: So. Because we're in the same room. So anyways, I have. Wait a few. And I sit where you're sitting. Psychic. Put my phone down so I don't have to hold it. I have quite a few different experiences, but a lot of it all goes back to Lee County. [00:58:39] Speaker C: Hang on a second. Hang on a second, Heather. Hang on a second, Heather. Tommy, you got to get out of the room because I'm getting feedback from you. Because both of you are in the same room. Thank you. [00:58:51] Speaker A: Yeah, he's got his volume on his phone. [00:58:55] Speaker C: Or you could turn the Volume way down. Yeah. [00:58:57] Speaker A: Okay, so now I can hear you. Okay. Yeah, you need to mute. I just. Yeah. So here, let me shut this. So my. My situation is it's a lot of the same people that intertwined, and that's how Tom and I, you know, kind of connected. Mine is all about Lee County. There are so many different rabbit holes that I can go down because I've been dealing with this since like 2016, 2017. But I'm going to try to stay to what's recent and what really affected me in my. My ex took my son out of state for his elementary graduation. I said he couldn't go. He left, and against our custody agreement, and he took him on a trip for 10 days. He shut his phone off and I couldn't get a hold of him. And as a result, he missed his elementary graduation. They blew it off like it was no big deal. I couldn't report it anywhere. I started getting assaulted more. But April of 2023, I was April of 2023. I was walking because I was afraid to drive my car because I've been set up for other things before. I was walking and I had a purse over my shoulder on one, and I had a phone in there, a set of keys, and I had a second phone underneath my shoulder because I always carry two phones so I could videotape things that happened to me. It was 11 o'clock at night. I had been on the phone with somebody, and I'm walking down a street and heading west, and I see lights behind me, police lights. So I veer, like, walk over to the right a little bit, and all of a sudden, the next thing I know, I'm being held at gunpoint. The other person gets out, cuffs me, I start getting assaulted. And, you know, I'm like, this is an illegal search and seizure. What's going on? They grabbed the phone out of my purse, threw it on the hood of the patrol car, and then they pull my keys out of my purse, and they're like, you have a car here, you have to be driving. And I said, no, I'm not. I'm walking. And I said, this is, you know, illegal search and seizure. I haven't done anything wrong. I want to speak to my attorney, Ryan Doyle. And I'm cuffed and there's somebody at gunpoint. I'm scared. And. And so then they just, you know, they said that I caused a ruckus or whatever. And I said, no, I didn't. I paid my bill and I walked. And I'm. I Left. And then again, I. [01:02:10] Speaker C: Hang on a second. So you were walking down the street, and from what I gather, you were walking down the street, and cops pulled up and. And. And basically put you at gunpoint and handcuffed you. Did they tell you what you were being charged with? [01:02:28] Speaker A: They said. They said that there. There was some type of disruption. And. And I said, okay, well, you know, what was it? And. And they said, you're driving a car. And I. And I said, no. I said, I'm walking. And they were looking at my keys like, where's your car? Because I had been set up on things before. That's why I was afraid to drive. And I was walking. I didn't have a car there. So they slammed my head on the hood of the car, and my second phone came out, and somebody was on the phone for over an hour. The police officer hangs up the phone. My head's literally on the hood of the car, and the person keeps calling back. His name was Ryan. So they freak out. They hang up the phone, and they accidentally screenshotted it. They threw all my stuff back in my purse, uncuffed me, and got back in their car and drove away and left. [01:03:27] Speaker C: Wait a minute. Wait a minute. I'm gonna make sure that I heard you correctly. You're walking down the street? [01:03:32] Speaker A: Yes, sir. [01:03:33] Speaker C: And from what I understand, you're walking down the street basically minding your own business. You were on the phone with somebody out of the clear blue. Police officers pull up. The next thing you know, you're in handcuffs. They said that you're in handcuffs because of some. Something that happened to you, not involved with, and that you were driving when you weren't driving. [01:03:52] Speaker A: It didn't have anything to do with driving. I had left an establishment. I paid my bill, and I was walking down the street. Talking on the phone. [01:04:02] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah, that's what I'm saying. So they accused you of driving when you weren't driving. [01:04:06] Speaker A: Correct. [01:04:07] Speaker C: And they handcuffed you. Did they tell you you were under arrest at any time? [01:04:12] Speaker A: No, sir. [01:04:14] Speaker C: So at some point, after handcuffing you and going through your personal belongings, they made a decision to uncuff you? [01:04:25] Speaker A: Yeah. When the phone kept ringing, and they realized that that person had been on the phone for over an hour. You know, and so the. Whatever. However long that. The time that they were harassing me in the assault, they. There was a witness on the phone. [01:04:43] Speaker C: So did you decide to go back and file a complaint against these officers? [01:04:50] Speaker A: Well, because these kinds of things have happened to me before. That's why I had multiple phones on me. And I was trying to catch who the people were higher up doing this to me. So. Because I have tried to report it before, like I had mentioned before, back 2016, 2017, things like this were happening to me before. My ex, J.P. morgan of J.P. morgan Limousine here in Fort Myers, was friends with Sheriff Scott and now Sheriff Marcino, who is currently in Marcino's motel. Hell. And every time I get arrested and thrown in there, I get messages sent to me directly. And it's, it, it's just, it's not a good situation over there. [01:05:44] Speaker C: Hang on. You're going pretty quick, so I'm going to try to slow you down a little bit. [01:05:47] Speaker A: I know. [01:05:48] Speaker C: And, and I, I'm sadly, I know people who have been through similar situations as you. So you've mentioned that you've been arrested multiple times. [01:05:58] Speaker A: Well, okay, so, so, yeah, back in. Okay, so April 23rd, nothing happened. There was no arrest. I don't report it. I go down the street, I am shaking. I'm freaking out. The friend that I was on the phone with happened to have a house down the street. So I walked into that house. It was a house they were using from Hurricane Ian cleanup. I got the code to the door and I walked in there and I sat in a corner and cried for like all night because I couldn't believe what had just happened to me. I went home the next morning. I had my biological father pick me up. And then I just went on. Five months later. I was staying with what I thought was some friends that I had met down here about five years prior to. And my son and I were staying there. And then for like three weeks, they. And they had gone on a little mini vacation for their anniversary, whatever. I had watched their dogs before and they, they came back from their vacation and they had started partying hardcore, whatever, smoking crack and drinking, whatever. They went out a Friday night and they ran into my ex at Torched in Cape Coral. And they came back that night around 11:30ish, and just started harassing my son and I with another couple that were drinking and partying and smoking all kinds of whatever. And the next morning, after 12 hours of harassment, I thought maybe I could find a Cape Coral police officer that wasn't crooked or connected to my ex and his friends, which is the Sheriff Lee County Sheriff's Department. So I called them and I have videos all over my Facebook. This woman was wasted out of her mind, calling me a whore in front of my son, punching me for over like Five days to a week. And then I got arrested for. [01:08:19] Speaker C: For what? [01:08:21] Speaker A: For defending. She. She kept coming into my room, busting into my room, flipping over my totes. She was punching me in the face. She was throwing things at my son and I while we were trying to watch a movie on the bed. I mean, it was just. It was blatant harassment. I mean, I, She. I have a video of her literally punching me in the face. [01:08:44] Speaker C: Why do you think she got. Because apparently everything was okay until they met your ex. Is that. Is that a correct statement? [01:08:51] Speaker A: That's a common denominator. That's a common. Money and, you know, benefits, perks. And then all of a sudden. And it was. It was bizarre behavior and. Yeah, I'm sorry. [01:09:04] Speaker C: So it sounds like an effort on their behalf to get you out of the house. If they treated you bad enough, then you would just leave and now you're out on the street. [01:09:13] Speaker A: Right? And it started at that, that, you know, that. That couple of days before, and I was trying to pack and get my stuff out there, out of there and, and leave. And. And I kept calling, trying to get the help from the police. Like, look, these people took my stuff. I'm trying to move out of here. These people have been beating me up. They've been doing all kinds of horrible things. I just want to get my stuff and get out of here. Just, you know, help. And I got zero cooperation. I mean, why would I when, you know, five months prior to that, I was beat up by two, you know, uniformed police officers. And why did they do that? Were they trying to send a message to me? And then it gets into stickier in between that, like. [01:10:01] Speaker C: So, Heather, you mentioned your spouse. Who's your. Who was your ex? [01:10:06] Speaker A: My ex is JP Morgan from JP Morgan Limousine. We have a minor child together who is 14 years old. And I had told DCF, you know, he has forced me to be on Medicaid. Clearly he has money. I was forced to stay on Medicaid. And every time I try to do anything else, which was. He was court ordered to pay the health insurance on our child, and he didn't. I had him on Medicaid. And I'm like, I can't. And so is. [01:10:40] Speaker C: Is this J. J.P. morgan is. Is. Because I hear J.P. morgan is like a. A big law firm as well. Is he related to them? [01:10:47] Speaker A: Well, I. [01:10:48] Speaker B: There. [01:10:48] Speaker A: There is all types of JP Morgans. And you know, my JP Morgan Morgan is one of seven, you know, and his grandfather was a JP Morgan and so on and so on line where their ties run together. There's lots of them that are related, you know, so. [01:11:06] Speaker C: But you think that because of the position that your ex has and he has, He. He basically has it out for you. He wants to make your life as miserable as possible, basically. And. And running a limo service, I guess he would probably have some contacts with the police because they do all kinds of stuff. So maybe he has some influence with the police department where he can convince them that you're. You're no good. You know, you're a complainer. I. I could use some colorful words, but it wouldn't help. But you understand what I'm saying. They're. They're coloring you as the bad person, which is what we're seeing today. Believe it or not, we're seeing very similar things today in politics where one. One side will accuse the other side of doing something, when in fact, the side that's doing the accusing is the one that's doing the Doherty's. You follow what I'm saying? You have Joe Smith. [01:12:06] Speaker A: So much to say, but I have an ongoing case that I'm going to go to trial with, which brings me to a whole nother subject, is I paid an attorney, Mike Colombo, $5,000 as my defense attorney. And after I gave him the five grand, I never saw him again. He did do three depositions, which took me over a year to get a hold of. Why is the state sitting on the evidence from September of 23? And why. [01:12:38] Speaker C: I mean, let's go back a second. Because you said you gave this. You gave this attorney a deposit, and then you did not hear from him. [01:12:47] Speaker A: Well, just the only time I would hear from him is just, you know, right before my. My. My court dates. And we, you know, he'd meet me in the room, I'd get scolded, and then we'd go in front of the judge. And then I never hear from him again. I'd send him emails like, hey, I got my mom's power of attorney, which is a whole nother thing. My mom's power of attorney in Chicago. I got to get up there. Can you please help me? You know, work with my legal team so I can do this, whatever. You know, I'm in all these bad situations with my ex, yada, yada. Never heard from him ever. I mean, I basically was begging him via email, please help me. And then I had 11 people show up for me for court, right? And so he tells all of my friends and family, don't show up for her for court. The judge doesn't like that. Why would you tell my support team as my defense attorney not to show up to court? [01:13:38] Speaker C: You need to report that guy. He needs to be reported. That's not working in your favor. He's supposed to be representing you and your defense. You need to report that man. If he's part of the bar association, he needs to be reprimanded. That's exactly. [01:13:55] Speaker A: Yeah. And then he lied in open court and said that he didn't have any evidence. And then six weeks later, he hands it over to my present attorney. I've got this all via email. This is present day. What's going on right now, today? [01:14:10] Speaker E: Can I interject a moment? You mentioned the bar. Mr. It goes far beyond the Florida bar. I have the evidence in which I sent two complaints about my attorneys that did the same thing as Heather. They, they actually left my case. They withdrew from my case, said I was a difficult client because I wanted to introduce the criminality into the, into the probate court of my father. And so I had wrote the bar and complained about them. And they said both my attorneys did nothing unethical, even though my attorney, my first attorney, Steven C. Rubino out of Boca Raton, was billing me as in this under the estate, the entire estate, when I only hired him as a probate attorney. And that's just one thing that, that's getting out. But he also advises the straw buyer's attorney in my father's estate, something about State Statute 18, where he can get me for breach of contract. This is my attorney telling the opposing attorney how to approach the courts in order to get me in trouble, that I did something wrong in which I did nothing wrong. And so the Florida bar is just as corrupt. This is about. Mr. This is about the entire judicial system being corrupt. It starts with Carmine. I used to call him the gatekeeper, but he's not the gatekeeper. He's actually part of it. That, that steers you to the civil courts because that's where Judge Leboda, Judge Shanko, Judge McHugh and Judge Joseph Fuller are going to make you the criminal. And Carmine knows that. And so they're all in bed together as they steal and rob everything. Heather mentioned that she would be on the street because they, she lost her house. And they would, I lost, they were going to take my house from me, too. Luckily, I have a little bit of, I get, I was, I gave a, I was given a heads up about it. And so I, you know, made things right for myself. And that's the only way I'm still not. You know, because they wanted me homeless, too. My brother is emailing me. He wants me homeless, bankrupt, and in prison. And I'm thinking to myself, why? Just because Daddy died. It didn't make any sense to me. But he also has the map in the court that he can tell me everything that's going to happen to me. And it sure does happen. And I'm saying to myself, how does Stephen Pepe know all this? Because the judicial system is so corrupt that Stephen Rubino Pepe is telling my twin brother Stephen Pepe exactly how they're gonna hang me. So, Heather, what she's saying is, I believe the same thing as I am is that it's in the entire judicial system, not only in Florida. [01:17:00] Speaker A: Yeah, I was gonna get there and start connecting some of them, but trying to not go because when it gets so upsetting because it's been so long going on. [01:17:12] Speaker C: But that's what they want, Heather. They want to drag it out so long. Yeah, you. You either give up or die. I'm sorry to say that sounds cold, but that's really. [01:17:23] Speaker A: Yeah, they. I'm not gonna give up. That's not going to happen. Let's just try to break something into this. And as far as the judicial side of it, okay? There is an ongoing case right now, Scott Huminsky versus the state, where Amira Fox is mentioned in this, and so is Judge Adams, the 20th Judicial. And it's. And it says the clerical staff and attorneys, Judge Adams and Amira Fox, they're hijacking cases. That there's no way that they could be doing this unless they were hijacking cases. Here's the point that there's another case confirming what Tom and I are both saying. The attorneys are involved, the judges are involved, the police are involved, and all of them. And it just follows in the same umbrella. So when I tried to call, you know, Internal affairs in Cape Coral to try to say what happened to me, April, I ended up calling them. Then I called Fort Myers. I tried Lee County Sheriffs. I called fdle, I called the FBI of Tampa field office. I called Tallahassee, I called Jacksonville, I called FHP, I called Washington, D.C. i called every but Ashley Moody's office. I said. And then I followed up all of those things with emails. This is November of 23. I started working with a supposed FBI agent and then a local agent that was calling me. Now it gets more and more. My stuff ends up disappearing over and over again out of my apartment. And crazy stuff has been happening. It's I ever. [01:19:04] Speaker C: Yeah, it's frustrating. [01:19:08] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:19:08] Speaker E: If I may, Ashley Moody, she. There was just a news article about Ashley Moody had a fraudulent case in Lee county where they're looking into now. That's exactly what happened to me. The court created a fraudulent case. 22 CA-003265 in the Lee county www.cook.org. you can look at the case. It's a total fraudulent case. What they would. They had double dockets. They made double dockets because some of the dockets were going to stay on record and then the fraudulent ones were going to disappear somehow. And so when you're stating that. Yeah. So you're saying that a lot of fraudulent activity and a lot of records were being. [01:19:53] Speaker A: This is what we're talking about. Here's another one. My ex, J.P. whatever. I'm saying, his wife, Tanya Morgan. So my. The DUI that I supposedly got back in 2017, 18, right before that happened, JP Morgan's wife, a neighbor from behind the canal calls the Cape Coal Police. Now I'm on the other side of town in JP and mine's old house. He's remarried in his new house. My minor child is there. And a neighbor calls and says that she's in fear for my son's life. J.P. gets a call. He makes it there before the police show up there. Tanya attacks him in front of my minor child, bites his arm multiple times, scratches his face, shoots. She gets removed by the police. She's wasted, drunk. My son is the whole thing. They put a 30 day restraining order on her and removed her from the home. So two weeks later I fly to Chicago to go take care of my girlfriend, God rest her soul, Dana Carpenter, who had surgery. And while I am in Chicago, all of a sudden there is an emergency hearing that I knew nothing about in the 20th Judicial Lee County Clerk. And so I fly back into town the following week. I go in and the restraining order that I had gotten for the 30 days and then plus a one year restraining order disappeared. Tanya was back in the house with JP and my minor child in less than 30 days. And then all of a sudden I'm arrested for a DUI and thrown in jail. And then. Yeah, and then the Cape Coral police pick me up and. And they've got me sitting in Marcino's Motel of Hell. Meanwhile, I have a court. I'm supposed to be in front of Judge Adams, ironically. And the. I'm like, you need to let me go in there. And they're like, oh, Judge Adams knows you're here. Hahaha and they're laughing. The next thing I know, they hand me a failure to appear and revoke my bond and left me sit in jail for 56 days. I literally was in the courthouse. They wouldn't let me go in front of the judge. [01:22:07] Speaker C: Wow. [01:22:08] Speaker A: What? This is okay behavior. [01:22:12] Speaker C: I'm sorry. I see my friend Cindy's back. Cindy, if you want to come on, motion me with your head. Yes or no. You just want. Okay, here we go. [01:22:22] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:22:23] Speaker C: Welcome, my friend. This is Heather and Tommy. This is Cindy. I've known Cindy for. I don't want to say how many years, but it's been decades. Cindy's dad was a former metro cop and he was the one responsible for leading me to Christ because I watched him literally be abused by fellow Christians and yet had a smile on his face, a word of gratitude on his lips. Always praising the Lord really affected me. So Cindy has had a similar amen experience where she was manhandled viciously by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department and attempted to resolve it. And much like the two of you, ended up with pie in her face. Really? So go ahead, say. We'll give you a couple of minutes. [01:23:15] Speaker B: Well, I first want to say God bless you guys. It is the most frustrating thing. Yeah, we're not going to get justice in this system as of yet, but we will get justice. And I'm going to ask you to be encouraged as. As the leaves are changing, as these people are going to be arrested for their treasonous acts against you and I, because even though they have a bar card, their allegiances to the British, but they still take an oath to uphold and to protect the Constitution of the United States of America. So what I need you start to do is to start writing a claim. You want to make a claim, you need to charge them for every day you sat in jail. There's going to be some big issues coming back out. We can't. I had a judge named Judge Nut, believe it or not, and he really was a whack job. He actually gave civil police immunity. You can't. They don't have immunity. Okay, first of all, you have innocent. When they actually said in my court case that they never told me that I was under arrest when they kidnapped out of Einstein Bagels. They never told me that I. I mean, it wasn't a trespass. They flipped the switch on me and they actually dragged me out and threw me in jail. And it's been injustice after injustice after injustice. And I did not get a lawyer because I understood in My comprehension, as I was learning about what it meant to be an American and what it meant to stand on your own feet and that an attorney turns you over and so that you're stronger representing yourself, even though I didn't. [01:24:43] Speaker C: Oh, she's gone. [01:24:45] Speaker E: That's what I wind up doing. I got to present myself. [01:24:48] Speaker C: They must not like what she was saying. She's good there. She's back. There you go. [01:24:54] Speaker B: It was only by the grace of God that he helped me through my court case. So I have two charges on me that are falsified, just like what happened to you guys. Ashley Moody did absolutely nothing. Governor DeSantis did absolutely nothing. [01:25:09] Speaker E: Amen. [01:25:10] Speaker B: Pardon. That he made up, which was not to protect we the people. It was to protect the judges and the cops that did crimes against me. And so I'm still not done with any of that. They are going to have a day where they're going to have to answer for their crimes against us. And so I'm waiting for that day. And I believe this is. [01:25:30] Speaker A: This. [01:25:30] Speaker B: Honey, you have to move your car back. This is the year. This is the year that we're going to get justice. It's just going to take a little. [01:25:38] Speaker A: While longer until we get. [01:25:41] Speaker B: Yeah. So we get some honest people that are going to be representing truly we the people, and we are going to come back to it, restored republic, and that's what we're waiting on. And so you will have justice. Just keep documenting. Write everything down factually. Put times, dates, do your homework, due diligence. If you're still proceeding in your cases, and don't put. Make sure you keep copies. You give it to other people. As you said, a lot of your information's lost. That's done. [01:26:09] Speaker C: Oh, no. [01:26:09] Speaker A: I mean, that was. That was by design. I mean, that. Absolutely. 100% this was by design. I mean, I've got so. [01:26:17] Speaker B: Yes. [01:26:18] Speaker A: And I have. I have left trails everywhere so that I could catch them. Yeah. [01:26:27] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:26:27] Speaker B: I was recently, just a year ago, sitting in a commissioner's meeting, believe it or not. And I was almost like, if God had to say, set it up, that was the perfect way to set it up. Sitting there, and I was literally attacked by a police officer. [01:26:43] Speaker C: I saw the video. Minding her own business. Sitting there. They just don't. You know, it's like with the two of you, just the very sight of you pisses them off. Just. Just. [01:26:52] Speaker A: Oh, it does. It does. And they try so hard to get me to react to them, and I wouldn't. I've been abused My whole life I got into bad accident. I've broken all my bones. I know they heal. That sounds horrible, but I would. I just wasn't going to give them the satisfaction because all they needed was one thing. I have battery on a law enforcement officer After a 200 pound SWAT in SWAT uniform, man that knows jiu jitsu attacked me. And I was on the phone with a Lee county sheriff asking for a female officer saying, you know, something's going on here at this house. Please sign a female officer. And. And. And all of a sudden this man comes in. I'm partially duffed in the chair and. And attacks me. I'm like, how. Like, can I get a female officer? Can I even explain what happened on my side? [01:27:46] Speaker C: And then that's what they did to Cindy over a mask, mind you. Over a freaking mask. Which, here's how. Here's how corrupt. It's not just Lee county, like you guys were saying. It's not just the counties. It's not just. [01:27:58] Speaker A: Oh, I know. It's. I'm sorry that happened. [01:28:02] Speaker C: And the one thing that I believe we must do is be persistent. Because even the Bible says what scripture it was, but there's a scripture about where it tells the story of a lady who kept going to the judge. What scripture is that? Cindy knows him. What is that Cindy. Where she. She consistently complains that just give her what she wants. [01:28:26] Speaker B: Get her out of here. [01:28:26] Speaker A: Yes, that's. I read that every day. Oh, y. Yeah. Because. Yeah. And finally the corrupt judge. [01:28:35] Speaker B: Yes. [01:28:35] Speaker A: Lets her go because he gets. He gets sick of her. Coming up to her. [01:28:40] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:28:40] Speaker B: I wanted to retract for a second. So in my case, where I was sitting there in a city hall meeting with all the commissioners and the lawyer for the city of Boynton Beach. This is televised. Okay? This is. They've taken it down since then, but I still have it because of course they try to hide your discovery. That police officer had the audacity to say that none of that happened. I go, because why didn't you come talk to me? I said, why would I talk to you? You telling people that that didn't even happen and it's televised? What is wrong? [01:29:13] Speaker C: Well, it's like. It's like you're seeing gaslighting. [01:29:16] Speaker E: It's gaslighting. [01:29:17] Speaker C: It totally. It's like you're seeing in politics, they get caught with their hand in a cookie jar. They know they've been caught, but yet they double down. No, it wasn't. I wasn't taking cookies. I was just feeling them all right, let's, let's. [01:29:29] Speaker E: What I was going to say is real quickly, real quick, Stephen, I gave. Ms. Kelly, Ms. Kelly, I gave you my dockets. Those three dockets that I gave you, the foreclosure ruse, the obstruction of justice, and the other docket that I submitted, my response to the foreclosure proceeding, are the map in which the judicial system follows in probate cases. This is how they commit their crimes against you. It's so well ruse. It's such a, a well oiled ruse that this is what I. Those three dockets is the map to every single court throughout Florida, nationwide. How they do this in the probate court, just so you know, and if you want to share that on your screen later, you can, but those are the, these are the dockets that I. And if I had a, you know, you talked about. God, Cindy, I want to tell you something. When this happened to my dad, you know, you're ostracized from the world. Nobody's going to talk to you. I get a knock on my door and he says, I have a calling. And I said, what the heck is a calling? And he said, I have a calling. I'm here to help. I said, help what? It was my friend's husband, by the way, who I tell the story to about my siblings with my dad and everything in the probate court. And she says, you know, your family's crazy. And I said, listen, I've been sitting here crying to you for two hours. That's all you got? Like what you got to give me something? He asked. Three days later, he knocks on my door. And I knew who he was, but I didn't know him. And he says, I have this calling. And he says, listen, we believe what you're saying. We absolutely believe it. He says, I'm going to help you and we are going to win and I ain't going to charge you a penny. And this gentleman is responsible for all these write ups in my dockets. Almost 800 dockets in my probate case for my father. 800 dockets in which we outline the judicial corruption, how they're doing it so that people can hear me, hear us, have this story and hopefully avoid the pitfalls because you don't even need an attorney in probate. It's, it's mandated by the court, but that's how they get you. It's all through the attorney that they, they bill you like crazy. I'm in debt up to my eyeballs for my attorney's fees. They were going to make me homeless. They were going to, you know, they bank. I lost a business as a result because I had to become my own attorney. And you know what? And he promised me he's gonna. He said, one condition. I have you do everything I ask. And I do. To this day, he's still with me, and I do everything he says. And so I want to make it very clear that this is a judicial RICO enterprise. This is everything that we're talking about that involves all the parties, including the bar, the Florida bar. I have the evidence. I have the evidence. [01:32:25] Speaker C: Wow, that's pretty scary. [01:32:28] Speaker B: I don't know. [01:32:28] Speaker A: Here's another little, little piece that's. That doesn't have anything to do with him and I. But just a piece of the puzzle that got, you know, exposed in the beginning, like in the last, like five, six months that has helped us is that Ken Romano is a supposed ghost employee for the Lee County Sheriff's Department. He was getting $5,700 a month. He testified in front of a grand federal grand jury that he was getting this money. He was giving seventeen hundred dollars of this money back to Sheriff Mercy's father to pay for his Mercedes car payment and car insurance. And, you know, do your own research, look this stuff up. You know, there's. That is already going on. And during this other corruption, all this stuff is going on. There's many, you know, pieces of it, and it's so hard to cover it all in even just, you know, a couple hours of time. But more and more of this keeps getting exposed. More and more people are coming out because people were so afraid. People were being threatened. Some of the Lee County Sheriff's officers. [01:33:37] Speaker C: So bad, seeing the way that you've been treated, that's exactly what they want. They want people to be afraid. They want to make it. That's what they did with Cindy. Yeah. I go back to Cindy for a second because what happened to her really was totally unacceptable. First of all, it was over a freaking mask, over not wearing a mask. Now, I don't know what was happening in Lee county, but in. In Palm beach county, they had given us exemptions not to wear a mask. And she fell under either two or three of them. I don't recall of those exemptions. Even when presented to the law enforcement agency, I am exempt from this. They. They jumped from. Okay, well, you're not wearing a mask and you're going to get in trouble for that to. You're trespassing now because they don't want you here. And you decided to stay Here, instead of holding the store responsible for, because the store was. We're upholding the law, which it wasn't long. We're upholding the law. Well, if you're upholding the law and part of the law says there are exemptions, therefore you're breaking the law. You're the one who's creating the problem. And what happens, just like to the two of you, they did to her. They literally threw her on the ground like a piece of trash. Threw her down on the ground. You know, and it's just police officers today are not the makeup of the police officers that I grew up with. They're certainly not the makeup of her. Her father. [01:35:02] Speaker B: Right. [01:35:03] Speaker C: You know, if her father was there and I want to speak, I don't want to speak for her father, but I believe I know him well enough that I would tell you if he were still around, that he was the one who got called, none of that would have happened. There would have been discussion before anything, there would have been a discussion going on. And the person bringing in that's supposed to uphold the law would know the freaking law to begin with. Not, not these people, these parrots, they just parrot whatever the commissioner says. Commissioner says you got to wear a mask. You have to wear a mask or you're going to die. [01:35:37] Speaker E: I think it's important that I say this, that not all cops are bad, because here in Santa Rosa county, here in Santa Rosa county and Escambia county, our sheriffs and deputies are amazing. They're professional. They know the law. They help the citizens. They're not here to harass or hurt us. And that I know because they have been to my home several times. They're very well aware of my father's situation because they're the sheriffs that I originally call. And so they see me throughout the neighborhood. They see me in downtown Pensacola. So it's not all cops. I'm not a cop hater. I am a hater of the bad cop. [01:36:23] Speaker C: Exactly. [01:36:25] Speaker E: I think it's important once we let people know that. [01:36:28] Speaker C: Go ahead. Yes. [01:36:29] Speaker B: No, but I was going to say there's, I don't know if you know, but President Trump has a new site up that you can message him these things. And I, I bring it. Hey, I'm writing on there. Check out the city of Boynton Beach. Check out the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. Check out, you know, David Aaronberg. So it's, it's, it's ww.whitehouse.gov and you, you put your email on there on the Bottom it has for messages. You just keep putting these people's names out there. They are going to go down and Trump is going to take away. If you are, you're not allowed to practice law in Florida. He's working on because he knows what that is. He's reestablished and that's why it's imperative. And all people you see coming up. And I think he put out in a place and I think he put Rubio and Bondi basically so they can expose who they are. Because when Bondi was the, the ag, she did nothing for us either. [01:37:21] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:37:23] Speaker B: And if you want congressional meeting, you saw him when he said to Rubio, yeah. And you get the job done. Because he had to call Trump in because he couldn't do the job for the Gulf of America. And so. And he. I love that Bondi as well. You guys quit playing games. Get your job done. [01:37:42] Speaker A: Yeah, I believe that he, he, he took. And he said he was going to take a lot of people from Florida. But the only way to get these people is to catch them in the act, put them in the position where they're either going to do this or do that. And Pam, Monty is not doing anything. If you're going to start redacting and pulling stuff and not giving us the answers what was promised then why are you hiding this stuff? And it goes right from Marcino. DeSantis was here or was here a couple weeks ago. He's well aware of what's going on with Marcino. We have almost a thousand, you know, a thousand signatures on a petition for removal. He, he's already been caught money laundering with the ghost employees. They're paying a dog $93,000 for therapy. [01:38:27] Speaker B: I mean, you know, is Rick Bradshaw, you know who Rick Bradshaw is out for 16 hours a day while he was in jail. Okay. There's all going down. Palm beach is such a cesspool. Your area seems like it is as well, but Palm beach also. And so Rich Bradshaw, he is the sheriff who said that he was not going to work with ICE and you know, and to bring these criminals down. [01:38:52] Speaker C: Oh, I didn't hear him. He said that. [01:38:53] Speaker B: Oh, he did say that. [01:38:54] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. [01:38:55] Speaker B: He wasn't going to work with them. [01:38:56] Speaker C: I didn't hear that. [01:38:57] Speaker B: That was a long. That was about a month ago when Trump said that everybody's going to be deputized, even the sheriffs to be ICE because they need more people do the job and. But he wasn't going to agree with doing that. Yeah, no, no, no. And then we have this is even worse. We had the mayor at the time, which was Dave Kerner, which call him, appointed him as the fdle, the Florida. The main guy. And I'm like, really? [01:39:23] Speaker A: When the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, I just. [01:39:26] Speaker B: Yes. And so what happened was the mask mandates. DeSantis said, no more. Right. But in our city halls and the government things they were saying, they still are going to. And force them against what DeSantis said. So you're like, why is DeSantis now promoting him to a, you know, the head of the. The police department fdle? And I'm thinking this is. You can see the thread. And so I'm watching all these things transpire, and I'm going, my God, My God. So they're all in bed together, and it's going to all blow up in their faces. Because I truly believe that Trump is there as an agent of God. And I keep praying for him. Just stay focused on what his agenda is and not get sideswiped by all these other things that are. Keep running around him like Elon Musk and some other people. And I keep praying for him. We got to keep him in prayer that he stays like a flint on what his purpose is and to bring all this down, because there is so much. It's just everywhere we go. And I truly believe his heart's in the right place. They say by July 4th, we should be moving forward into our restored republic. [01:40:33] Speaker A: Yeah. I mean, it is so exciting. I mean, what has happened in just this short period of time, but for him to come out just like gangbusters and just. He's got him running in every direction. I'm like, go, Trump. Because they don't know which way to attack. And that's exactly. This is the best. [01:40:53] Speaker C: This is the best that they could do. [01:40:56] Speaker A: I know, right? [01:40:58] Speaker E: I saw that. That was funny. [01:41:04] Speaker C: What a joke. What a joke. And so, you know, it's an example here is this when they kicked Green out? [01:41:12] Speaker B: Right. [01:41:13] Speaker C: This is a short one. This is a minute and a quarter. [01:41:15] Speaker E: And in that first term, we set records on ending unnecessary rules and regulations like no other president had done before. We ordered all federal workers to return to the office. They will either show up for work in person or be removed from their job. And we have ended weaponized government. Government where, as an example, a sitting president is allowed to. Can I say something real quick? You had said before that they wouldn't stand up for the. For the boy who cancer 13 times and the other young lady who lost her child. And I thought to myself, they didn't stand. They didn't stand because when you don't stand for anything, you don't stand. I mean, that's just. You don't stand for anything. [01:42:15] Speaker C: You know that they did clap for one thing. Do you realize that? They clapped for one thing. It's when they started about the Ukraine support and he said, do you want this war to go on? I'm paraphrasing. But basically he said, do you want this war to go on? [01:42:30] Speaker A: Right. [01:42:30] Speaker C: And, and Pocahontas said, yeah. And he, and he made fun of her and said, yeah, well, Pocahontas, that's the only thing they clapped for. For more, for more killing. [01:42:40] Speaker A: We know what their agenda is. It's, I mean, it's coming everywhere. I mean, at least at this point, if, if people haven't figured it out. I mean, and I get it, some people are old and they've just, they don't, they're not up to date on these TVs, but people please get, get with, you know, they've got to figure it out real soon. [01:43:01] Speaker E: Somebody said, oh, in the story, if you watch I'm the Diddy case because it's very similar with the FBI and what's going on. And the reason I watch a Jaguar Wright is they called her conspiracist. For, for years, for decades she had been saying what was going on with Diddy. And what she said was very interesting. One day she said, what were you talking about, Heather? You just, it just went out of my head. My PTSD just kicked in. You were just saying something that triggered it. I, I, with the old people not knowing and not understanding. [01:43:36] Speaker A: You know, everybody needs, you know, everybody is, is aware now it's coming out that exactly that. I mean this is, this was a, this was crimes on humanity that this was absolutely, sir, you know, survival. And they, what the elites were doing, it's, it's, it's not a common sense. It's the godly team and the satanic team. I mean there's no, there's it's black and white. The white hats and the black hats, they were trying to make us cattle. I mean, there's no if, ands or buts about it. And I mean county is a proper example of it. The way that the jail is run, it's basically like a human trafficking. I mean there's, there's drugs, there's sex businesses. [01:44:16] Speaker B: I mean the Congress was that people were allowed to see the truism. They can no longer believe it's a JFK year back Democrat Party. So many people had to see. See the inhumanity of all these people. And. And that's what the beautiful part was, because Trump just had to just keep talking and watch the hate, watch that they wouldn't stand up for that young man and that they did not applaud. And so I think a lot of people now see the light. [01:44:49] Speaker A: Just shame on them. I mean, he's gonna. I hope he's. He's just forever. You know, he's gonna be around just forever. And shame on them. [01:44:59] Speaker B: Well, I met. [01:45:01] Speaker C: That's the problem. [01:45:02] Speaker E: I wanted to say there's a young lady on Facebook, her name is Amy Carter, and she was one of the children that. That Diddy abused and all of this. And she says one day, this is what she says. She says, you will not believe the extent of this until it's personal. And I thought, wow. People don't understand it because it hasn't happened to them. They have to be in it to know it. And like you and I, Heather and Cindy, we know it because we lived it, so we know what's happening. So when we tell our story, people think we're crazy because they're saying, look at that. It never happened to me. [01:45:39] Speaker A: I don't know one person. I'm like, it's true. I'm not making this up. You can't make this stuff up. When you. [01:45:47] Speaker E: That's right. [01:45:48] Speaker A: Unfolding how many things have been going on. And. [01:45:52] Speaker E: Yeah, but that makes it unbelievable. You see, it's designed right to make it unbelievable. [01:45:59] Speaker C: It's made. It's exactly right. It's designed that way. It's designed to be a lie that is so great and so vast that people can't wrap their minds around it. [01:46:09] Speaker E: They think you're full of it. [01:46:12] Speaker A: I mean, it was deliberately done. I was put in a jail cell for 33 days. 30 of those days, I was denied access to a phone, which is illegal, but they put me in a solitary cell for no reason. I was sober. Anyways, moving on. And that 33 days having a drink. [01:46:28] Speaker E: Is not a crime, by the way. [01:46:30] Speaker A: Anyway, so they wrestled my phone out of my hand, the SWAT guy, and they put me in the cell. I don't have a phone. They took my phone. Somebody cloned my phone. The 33 days that I was held in Lee County Marcino Motel hell. And they called all of my business people, my real estate customers, told them that I was in a mental ward and I was being committed. They. They. They called my phone. [01:46:56] Speaker C: Using your phone. They called all these people from my phone phone number. [01:47:01] Speaker A: From my own phone number. While I was in a jail cell, they went into my Facebook. I still don't even have access to my Facebook because they hacked it. They used my own phone number. [01:47:14] Speaker C: Wow. [01:47:15] Speaker A: Yeah. And, I mean, it's. [01:47:17] Speaker C: I'm hoping that we can. We can raise enough dust, get somebody curious, somebody that can do something. [01:47:24] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:47:25] Speaker C: I mean, I truly. [01:47:26] Speaker A: Everybody that I could possibly think of. I'm sorry. [01:47:31] Speaker E: Me too. [01:47:33] Speaker A: It's. I. I have so many things like that. I mean, just in. In September, October and November, In December of 24, they put me in there again with a fake failure to appear. [01:47:47] Speaker B: They. [01:47:47] Speaker A: Baker acted me into a psych ward. My biological sister who lives in Chicago. Well, I haven't spoken to in years. And there's, of course, money involved. I have my mom's power of attorney. She's running around with the fake one. So she and my biological father, who I don't speak to either, faker, acted me and made me miss my court date. Then called the Lee County Sheriffs. They come pick me up from the David Lawrence center in Naples where Dr. Chesnov is working with God only knows who. Some Russian, I don't know. He's weird. He's involved. But the connections, then they. They bring me into Lee County. [01:48:29] Speaker B: The. [01:48:29] Speaker A: I testified in my first appearance in front of Judge Gonzalez, and she's like, you were in the David Lawrence Center? I said, yes. And she's like, well, they were going to reinstate your bond. Just show it to one of the sheriff's deputies now and quote, unquote, this is a woman that works at Lee County Jail. She says, well, I'm the happy bitch that's going to bring you back, and you're not getting out. And I'm like, I just testified in front of the Judge Gonzalez. Yeah, well. And 10 minutes later, she brings me back paperwork that says hold no bond, which is the complete opposite of what Judge Gonzalez just testified. And she says to me, well, I've worked at this prison for almost 30 years, and that's our policy. I'm like, but that's not the Constitution. Those are against my civil rights. What goes on inside this? [01:49:17] Speaker C: Any of these people responsible? Huh? None of these people can be held responsible. You can't sue them civilly. [01:49:24] Speaker A: Well, I can, but I'm still going to. I'm still working on going to trial. Like, I haven't even found guilty. [01:49:30] Speaker E: First you have to. They have to be found guilty before you could sue them. [01:49:36] Speaker A: You can't even prove yourself innocent because they lock you in. They give you no access to any Internet at all. The conditions in the jail, there's four showers. Okay. We are in a locked. A locked, recycled air. One of the showers that I was in there nine days with backed up sewage in there, mold on the walls. One of the girls got worms in her fingers from cleaning, like, you know, ringworms from cleaning the shower. They won't give you medicine, deny you medical attention. It's a private jail. They get like $285 a day for each person that's in there. [01:50:14] Speaker E: The Bushes. [01:50:16] Speaker B: The Bushes own the jails. [01:50:20] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. I. Yep. The business. Want to go down that avenue. The connections. You know, My ex has been here almost over 50 years. He's got six brothers. His brother had a gun shop, has a gun shop, has a security company, employs off duty police officers. [01:50:41] Speaker E: Wow. [01:50:42] Speaker A: I get harassed by police officers and beat up in uniform and out of uniform. I'm afraid to walk in the streets of Lee county because I get beat up. That's a scary place to be. We need some help. This. I'm afraid to walk into the courthouse and not. And. And. And have sheriffs literally pull me into a side room and give me a failure to appear. This is what they do. That's not. That's. That's criminal. [01:51:08] Speaker C: Well, Cindy can relate to that. Huh? They did the same crap to her. Pull the same nonsense on her. And I don't mean to laugh. It's not really not a laughing matter. It's just. I don't know how to respond to something like that. You know, I'm. I'm somebody who took an oath many years ago to defend the Constitution. And that's a lifelong. It's a lifelong commitment. It's not just for the time that you're there. It's for the rest of your life. And something like this go down and it's so 180 degrees from what you're supposed to be doing America. And. And then they make it just about impossible for you to be able to fight back or defend yourself. [01:51:50] Speaker A: You can't. I wrote my own reinstatement of bond when I found out. The first time that I was in there, when they set me up, the first time is that if you take a public defender, you never talk to the public defender. You go in front of the judge. The judge terrifies these public defenders that are just coming out of school and they're afraid to talk to the judge. He's allowed to make snide comments or do whatever. I'm like well, can't you say this? And she's like, no, the judge doesn't like that. I'm like, I don't care if the judge doesn't like it or not. I went pro se and I was doing way better pro se. But then you've got. I had attorneys and I had Mike Colombo. This is why my phone disappeared. I had Mike Colombo videoed with him screaming at me. Basically a psychological torture throughout the whole Lee County 20th Judicial. It. It came from the attorneys. I even got called a FNC word by the bondsman on a recorded line while I was in the jail. He's like, nobody in this town, Heather, is going to give you a bond. And I'm like, are you kidding me? Right? Like this has really happened. And I got him admitting, saying there's no reason he's not going to reinstate my mind. He just doesn't feel like it. I'm like, excuse me, is this real life? Like what? [01:53:01] Speaker B: No. [01:53:03] Speaker A: Like it's almost. [01:53:05] Speaker C: Well, I go back to persistence. We must remain persistent. Keep throwing it out in the limelight, keep making be swept under the rug kind of thing. [01:53:16] Speaker E: Here's the other thing. That persistence keeps us a victim a second time. Because justice is not supposed to be designed for us to be consistent. It's supposed, it's supposed to be designed for, for the courts, for the judges, for the attorneys to uphold the law and protect us. This is what we are paying these people for. And I'm constantly being told, be patient. And I'm thinking in my head, listen, it's five years that I've been patient. I think I've been more. I've screamed to the whole entire world. I've written, I've sent emails, I've mailed documents out. How much more patient can one be, mind you? You know, I lost the business. I have zero income, okay? Because I'm still being patient and I'm still writing and I'm still creating dockets and I'm still writing 200 page letters to the FBI about a complaint that I submitted to the FBI three years ago. And now today I'm being told, submit another one. And so luckily, you know, you talk about God. I've always had God in my life since I'm 8 years old. And that's a direct result as personal issues within my family, My mother and my father, whom I love very much because they're my mother and father, and honor thy mother and father always. And so. So I come to know God very young because I ask him things at a Very young age. That does not happen. I asked him, please don't let this happen. Please don't let that happen. And it doesn't. What happens is, is through life. He's always in my life, but now he comes in my presence even greater because I need him most now. This is the most trying time of my life. It's the fight of my life. And he hears. He hears my cry, even though I'm not crying to him. Because all I could do is praise him. Because through this tragedy, the miracles that have happened to me are crazy. And they're only justified because of God. It's. It can only be God. And the problem is with today's world is we don't have God anywhere. If we had God everywhere and not. See, I can't do certain things because I can't disappoint my God because he has done so many miraculous things for me. I. There's no way I could pause. [01:55:42] Speaker A: I can't. [01:55:42] Speaker E: I just can't. I can't. I wouldn't be able to do what my siblings did. I just wouldn't because too many miracles were put in front of me. And so I live in a four bedroom, two bathroom. In fact, Heather knows. She's very well aware. A beautiful home in Gulf Breeze, Florida. It's probably the richest part of Pensacola. Not that I'm rich because I don't have a penny, but here's what I'm. [01:56:06] Speaker C: Gulf Breezes. I'm sorry, Gulf Breezes, where all the UFOs show up. [01:56:12] Speaker E: Yeah. [01:56:12] Speaker C: You know that. That's a lot of UFO reports. So I spent almost three years, two and a half years in Panama City. I was at the Tyndall Air Base. And so I would drive up and down 98 all the time. [01:56:28] Speaker E: Okay. [01:56:29] Speaker C: We would go visit Gulf breeze looking for UFOs. [01:56:32] Speaker E: I'm right off 98 for us. So. So what I'm saying is, is that these people that are. That are involved in these. These skins, they don't have God. And I know they don't have. Obviously all they have is money. It's all I heard in my father's case. Everybody's fighting over my father's money. And I'm thinking to myself, these people got a lot of goddamn bones fighting over my shoulder. His money. Who do you think you are? You people, you judge. Judge Lebota, my brothers and sisters that never spoke to the man, a veteran. [01:57:07] Speaker C: People will tell you money is the root of all evil. That's not true. It's not. [01:57:13] Speaker E: The people of the root of all evil. [01:57:15] Speaker C: It's, it's. It's the love of the money that is. [01:57:18] Speaker E: There you go. [01:57:19] Speaker C: It's the love of it. [01:57:20] Speaker E: Yeah. I say the lack of money is the root of all evil. [01:57:24] Speaker C: But. [01:57:24] Speaker E: So it's important. It's important to know. It's important to. To also include God in everything, because he really is everything. This is all God's land, you know, and so these politicians that want to, you know, disregard him. Shame on you. [01:57:43] Speaker C: There is no shame, Tommy. That's the problem. Shame has gone. There was a time in this world when. And I think about when Cindy's dad was around and I. A specific example was he had a couple that were in. Were in the church. He had a small church. It was only about maybe 50 to 75 people. Very close, you know, like a family, almost the church. But I watched people. One particular couple, I can't remember their name, their younger couple at the time, they weren't married. And he was talking about one day, he was talking about, you should be married if you're going to have, you know, intimate relations. You. You should be married. You shouldn't not be married. Now he helped these. I can't remember who this is, Cindy, but I can see him in my mind. [01:58:31] Speaker B: Was it David voice? [01:58:34] Speaker C: I don't. It could be, but all I remembered was he reached out and helped them over and over and over and over again, and there was no shame there. They just continued doing what they were doing and ended up leaving the church, badmouthing him along the way out. And, and, and basically because he believed what he believed so strongly that even though he knew he was going to catch crap for what he was about to say, he said it anyway. And the reason for, I believe that generation, the reason they did what they did is they stood strong on. On whatever it was that they believed in. He believed that, you know, the God. It was God first. It was family and. And country. And it fell right down that line. We don't have that today. And. And basically chased him away many, many years ago. A little here, a little there. Before we know it. I remember when. When I was in school, we actually had a. A time of prayer in the morning. We said the allegiance and then we had a. A. And they called it prayer. We have a time. And then they got away from a time of prayer to a time of silence. We're going to have a time of silence. Then they went, we're not going to have time of silence anymore. [01:59:50] Speaker E: Yes. [01:59:51] Speaker C: So we're slowly. I think that the pendulum is swinging the other way. We've gone to the extreme goofy, crazy blocks, darkness of everything. We're swinging back to the light. I saw where Trump was going to have a meeting with his cabinet and started out with a prayer. Can we say grace before we do anything? You know, the very first meeting that the Congress had here in the United States, they prayed. That was, it was almost a request. So when you say shame, that's one of the main problems today we don't have. If people were ashamed, they wouldn't speak to somebody who says, who very clearly is a man. I'm a girl. I identify as a girl. You know, if you, if there was shame there, they would say, no, you're a man. You were born a man. Deal with it. You know, instead of, oh, okay, we'll go along with your fantasy and you're a girl, it's okay, you can be a girl if you want to be a girl. [02:00:49] Speaker B: They've seared their conscience, see. So what happens is it's a slippery slope of the little frog in the pot. So when you don't very beginning, then all of a sudden that's when they start shoving everything in your face. Then what's abnormal becomes normal. [02:01:02] Speaker C: Yeah. [02:01:04] Speaker B: So it's for God's people to hold the standard. And unfortunately, God's people failed. [02:01:10] Speaker C: Failing big time. The church is failing big time. Yeah, it's scary. It's really scary to watch it go down. [02:01:18] Speaker A: Church too, it's, it's a reckoning for all, all aspects. I mean, if it's, you know, if you're political, it's the police, it's the, you know, the government agencies, it's everything across the board that needs to be, you know, between the good and bad and just get the evil out. And yes, it was, it was an epic failure. They were removing God from everything. The United States of America. America is the pillar of peace. And without that, you know, humanity is in trouble and we got to get rid of them. And, you know, God bless Elon Musk and God bless Donald Trump and the two of them working together because without that, you know, team coming together, we needed the information to get out. And Trump was the man that came in. And I mean, he's a businessman and he's self made and he, you know. [02:02:10] Speaker C: He did lots of, when, when I first heard, when I first heard about him running, first of all, before I ever heard that Trump was going to run and I was doing my show, this is back 10, 12 years ago, I was telling people we need a businessman. I Had no idea Trump was going to enter the picture at all. None. But in my point of view, having been a businessman, having owned a business and know the responsibilities of a business, I said, we need a businessman. This country needs to be run like a business. There's so much waste going on. I had no idea what was dojo or any of that stuff. I just knew I'm looking at huge numbers. And then they keep saying, we don't have enough money. We don't have enough money. So something was, there's a leak somewhere. And in all of that, as hard as these people would try to convince us that what they're doing is okay, I knew deep down in my heart there's something very, very wrong here. Something very, very wrong. And now, as. As time has progressed and slowly, you know, we are getting more and more information, and we're seeing, I don't know, hundreds of billions of dollars that are being wasted. What I want at this point is there's a lot of talk, you know, oh, this guy's going to get arrested. That guy's going to charge up. I want to see people go to prison. I want to see. [02:03:29] Speaker A: Absolutely. I want that. We've. Tom and I have been saying this. We want to. I want to see these arrests. I want to see. See the indictment, I want to see the subpoenas. I want to see the. And I want to see it here in Lee county, too. I want to see it across the whole nation. I want everybody to get justice. But, yes, amen. [02:03:45] Speaker C: So you. You probably are familiar with the name General Flynn. He was one of Trump's closest friends and an advisor for him. On the first go around, he says without question, Fauci is going to be arrested. He says Fauci is going to be held accountable and he's going to be charged with crimes against humanity. [02:04:03] Speaker A: Yes. Guantanamo Bay for you, baby. [02:04:07] Speaker C: Bye. [02:04:07] Speaker A: Bye. [02:04:08] Speaker C: Holding my breath with the mention of Elon. I think it's important to point out my. My percentage of trust for Elon is only about 70%. I. I question his background. I question his mom. His mom is truly from the dark side. His dad is another one from the dark side. That's not saying that he's like them, because in my life's experience, I've had the privilege of raising several children Cindy knows, and they all came from the same home. And I've got them on one side and I've got them on the other. You know, I've got. They would. They would literally die for you. And then I got the Other one just spit in your face. Literally spit in your face. I'm not saying that he's like them, but I'm saying that his background comes from that and that we should be very aware of. Of him. Some of the things, I don't know if you guys are aware, but some of the things that concern me about him. He wants transhumanism. He's very. Transhumanism. He wants to push that trans. As a matter of fact, I just read an article, I think it was a couple of days ago. They have invented the first microchip with human brain cells in the microchip. It is now faster than the fastest AI chip that they've got. So they're pushing, they're pushing this AI. So AI is another thing that really concerns me. [02:05:34] Speaker A: Agreed. [02:05:35] Speaker E: Yeah. [02:05:36] Speaker C: When you understand that the darkness of this world has to tell you because this is their belief system and this is their law, they have to tell you what they're going to do before they do it. Sometimes it's, Sometimes it's straight up in your face. [02:05:48] Speaker E: Yes. [02:05:49] Speaker C: Sometimes it's, it's scrambled and you got to figure it out. [02:05:52] Speaker E: That's right. [02:05:53] Speaker C: Tell you. They tell you either through movies or through music or videos. They have different ways of telling you, but they have to tell you. And they. I really believe that the reason they do that is they believe in karma. If we didn't tell you, then it would fall back on us, but we told you. And your silence becomes their consent. So here's where my concern runs. Trump has brought in investors of $500 billion for artificial intelligence. Do any of you remember I am robot. Do. Does anybody remember the, the, what they called the Terminator. Yeah, they have terminators now. We actually have Terminators now. [02:06:36] Speaker B: Absolutely. [02:06:37] Speaker C: So what's going to happen? At some point in the future, these AIs are able to become self aware. Number one. Number two, I truly believe that if, if, if a, a possessed man who met Christ and said, I want to be delivered of the, of this evil that's in me. And he drove the demons into a bunch of pigs. Don't think for a minute that the same demons can't get into an AI. [02:07:05] Speaker B: Absolutely. [02:07:06] Speaker C: There's nothing to stop them from AI. So you're having a conversation with something that you think is there to help you. And in reality it's a demon. These are areas that I'm really concerned with for my children. And we're not going to be around them as long in the. I'm in the twilight of My life? [02:07:23] Speaker A: Well, yeah. [02:07:28] Speaker C: Just, you know, crazy, crazy, crazy stuff along with things like cern. I don't know how many people realize what they're doing in CERN is they literally want to open up portal into another dimension. My goodness. I mean, that's like a little child sitting there with a five gallon pail of gasoline and he's lighting matches. That's. What are you waiting for? You're waiting for the explosion to happen. So there's some areas that we, I mentioned in my monologue two things that are very important in my life that have shown two things, very important. Number one, knowledge. You can have all the weapons in the world. If you don't have the knowledge how to use them, it's worthless. The other thing is an open mind. Have an open mind because you'll hear things that will just throughout my life. I mentioned the thing about the controlling of the weather on Glenn Beck. I laughed so hard, I remember that so well, like it was yesterday. I laughed so hard at that guy. And he was absolutely right. He was absolutely right. That do control the weather. They have the ability to manipulate the weather. So when you hear something, it sounds really off the wall. It may be off the wall. It's very possible. Well, my point is don't just shut it out. Don't just say, I'm not gonna listen to that. Listen to it and then come to a, A, an agreement with yourself, I guess is the best way to put it that you go check it out. That's all. Just go check it out. The information's there. The Bible says if you knock, you know, if you look, you'll find if you knock, the door will open. I think if you don't knock, it's not going to open. That's right. And if you don't have the open mind to go, you know, it's not gonna happen. So in, in kind of retrospect of everything we talked about tonight, I think we really need to be aware of our surroundings. Number one, they have allowed people in this country that should never have been here. There's, there's just no question. Number two, it scares me. It truly does scare me when I hear stories like Cindy and Michelle and Tommy how people in, in power that are supposed to be responsible and supposed to act responsibly end up abusing that power goes to their head for whatever reason. And whether it goes to their head, whatever financial. [02:09:45] Speaker E: Yeah, it's all to enrich their lives. [02:09:47] Speaker C: And, and I believe the only power that we have to fight back is unity to get together and bring people together and make a stand against these people. I would. I would really like to see some of these people that abused Heather. Do you like Heather? Do you like Michelle? What do you prefer? [02:10:05] Speaker A: It's Heather. There. There was just. Yeah, I'm trying to, you know, make sure that I. I get back my identity. So I'm Heather. Michelle Jackson. But Heather is fine either. [02:10:21] Speaker C: Well, I like to see the people who abuse people like Cindy and Heather and Tommy. In my life's experience, I. One of the things that really got me to where I'm at today was I experienced being bullied when I was young. So I got out of sixth grade. When I was going through school, it was 1 through 6 and then 7 through 9 and then 10 through 12. I just gotten out of sixth grade, went to junior high, which was like a shock because in sixth grade you were in one class basically all day long. Now we were going to different classes. We got free. It was all this stuff. These ninth graders kept beating me up. And one day I. I snapped. And there was two of them that could beat me up. They're twice my size. I was a skinny little guy going to go into school. That one day something snapped in me, and I. I was the one who ended up getting in trouble because I beat the snot out of both of them. And I bit one of them so bad he had to have stitches. And his parents tried to sue my parents. But from that point forward, I have no patience for bullies. And what I see with politics is bullies. What I see with the stories that from Heather and Tommy and Cindy's bullied. These are bullies. [02:11:29] Speaker B: Yeah. [02:11:32] Speaker C: They're supposed to be honorable. How can you be honorable when you literally throw a woman to the ground like a piece of trash? How is that honorable? Now, if that woman had put the gun on you or shot at you or did something to threaten you, that's a different story. But when the woman is not armed in any way, shape other than with knowledge, not physically, and you treat her like a criminal and you're proud of it, it's. That's. That's not acceptable. So my prayer is that with what we've done tonight and bringing all of this back up again, somebody somewhere will hear this and say, you know what? They're right. They need help, and they're in a position that can help. I am a true believer. 100 believe you help when you can do no harm. When you're. When you're able to help, you help. That's the Way I ran my company for 27 years when I was. When I ran into a widow who had a computer that was all whacked out and they couldn't get the computer to work right. There were many times we'd fix it at a substantial discount or sometimes even for free. Because I believe truly, if you are in position to help, help. The whole reason I started doing the radio show was started. It started with 9 11. I learned about 9 11. And it was a nightmare for me because I was ignorant and believed that the. The government that I served under was an honorable government, that they did things that were honorable, only to find out there was 180 degrees. That we killed hundreds of thousands of people for nothing more than a lie. I had such a hard time with that. It took me a long time to get through that. The night that I found that out, my son caught me at my computer crying. He couldn't console me. I said, get away from me. Just leave me alone. I kept saying to myself, I'm going to wake up. This is a nightmare. We would never kill people over a lie. Take all these hundreds of thousands of people for a lie. And then my friends that went over there and didn't come back, and my friends that went there and did come back and they weren't the same, all for a lie. I had to come to a realization that the life that I was living was. I don't even know how to describe. It was. It was like the facade. Yeah, it's a facade. Exactly. [02:13:43] Speaker A: It's surreal. It's like sometimes I feel like I'm looking, you know, added at my wife in a box and we're like. I look at it, I'm like, is this. Is this really happening? Like, how can this be? Did I just really read that my own biological father just insisted sacrificed me trying to get my mom's power of attorney for money? Like, really, you. You want to make. You're so evil and hateful that over money and grace Read. My own sister made me miss a court date and help my ex. I mean, what are these people thinking today? Like. [02:14:23] Speaker E: I feel the same way. I have it. My twin brother and my older sister, who I adored. I mean, my sister and I were very close. She always had a soft heart for me as a kid, and I knew that. And. And we had this amazing relationship at one point. And here they are framing me for extorting $20,000 from my father and gonna have me go to prison for the extortion and murder of my father, all for his Money. And they did the same thing in my mother's estate. This is, this, this is the second estate. I'm fighting them. My mother's dead 14 years. We're still in the court. [02:15:02] Speaker C: Lord have mercy. [02:15:04] Speaker E: That's how, that's how, how egregious this is that they see something, they want it, they don't care. They'll cut their twin brother's throat for it. [02:15:14] Speaker C: Wow. So. Well, hopefully prayerfully, we're going to see some justice. And if Cindy's right, somewhere around July 4th. I've heard July 4th is a pro. A, what am I trying to say? A. I can't think of the right word. It's a date, it's, it's a project date. In other words, they want, they want this completed by July 4th. So I guess that when we celebrate the next Independence Day, truly will be. [02:15:42] Speaker E: A reliable source tells me that Trump is calling in the, for a military action. It's going to be that they're going to come, it's the, the Marshall Marshall actions that they're going to come in and arrest everybody. In fact he made, someone made an announcement today, today about it that that's going to happen. So Heather and I are speculating, right Heather, along with my guy, that Monday. [02:16:08] Speaker A: I pray to God they make it to Lee county because there's been, I mean it took, it took forever. And then finally they went public with the investigation, the FBI investigation into Sheriff Marcino when they subpoenaed all the, all the financials from Lee County Sheriff's Department and his own personal files or financials because he bought a Lamborghini cash and he bought another $800,000 condo. His net worth went from like 236,000 to 1.2 million in just a four year period of time. And you know, but, but he's, you know, he's seen out gambling and he's getting lap dances and the sheriff cars. I mean these are all things that went all over, you know, videos and it, or all over tick tock and stuff like that. And, but you know, just, just watching the criminal activities. But I mean really, I mean I got stuck in this, this prison pod and, and the jail for a while. [02:17:15] Speaker C: I'm sorry, that's a horror story. [02:17:17] Speaker A: It is a horror story. And here's a, here's another big thing. I'm dealing with my own personal fight. But the people that I got to meet while I was in there, these people. Here's a woman, for instance, Bri. We'll just, and she, she has, she's 34 years old. She doesn't know any better. She has. She has autism. I'm working on my bachelor's in criminology right now and going for my master's in forensic psychology. So I'm in. In the jail. I'm talking to this. This. This girl, and. And. And she's 34. She's telling me that she's been in the David Lawrence center and she has been sexually molested since the time that she was 12 years old. That they told her that in order for her to get out, she had to do whatever. And she's like, yeah. And they were, you know, touching me and. And I'm like, what? Oh, yeah. It was part of the program. This girl has been being molested by the system and the David Lawrence center and the Royal. All these. For 12 years now. In these people, they. They even have. Inside the jail, it says, career criminals. They only charge you $45 for booking. They literally are so blunt that they are writing it on the walls, that they know that they are setting you up. They put you on probation. Everybody's in there right before you're about to get off probation. All of a sudden you get a bad drug test. You get a this or you get a. And you hear this person one after another after another. They're like, I swear to God, I haven't done anything in, like, eight months. They said I had. Just when it's, you know, you got 36, 48 women in one pod, and they're all. They all have battery on a leo, battery on a LEO, battery. And they're all saying, we didn't do it. And then one of them's like, oh, well, I kicked him. Okay, so what? One out of, you know. You know, out of 18. So maybe two of them are guilty out of 40. And this goes on and on for years. They make this stuff up. [02:19:15] Speaker C: I. I have a friend of mine who has. Her daughter sadly ended up in prison in Stark. I think it is Stark, Florida. And she tells me some horror stories that goes on in prison there and how they purposely use the prisoners to make money. They make every. So I didn't know. I've never been in prison. Thank you, God. There have been a couple of things I've done in my younger life that would have probably sent me to jail, but I don't think I've done anything about prison. But I didn't know that. I thought if you went to jail or prison or whatever, that the people pay for that. That the. The taxpayers pay for that the people. [02:19:53] Speaker A: This is private jail. So, you know, Bushes on them. [02:19:59] Speaker C: What was that, Cindy? [02:20:01] Speaker B: The Bushes own the jails. [02:20:03] Speaker C: Yeah. [02:20:03] Speaker A: All in Florida. [02:20:05] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. They're all, they're all invested. [02:20:07] Speaker A: Well, you got Bob Barker. Who he or he's, he's got, you know, the shoes that they sell at the prison. I mean, it is a total racket. But what's going on is, I mean, like I said, they, they get so much from the government a day, who owns it. That's why I said they're privately owned and then they're funded by the government. I mean, the same thing. It's a racket. And then they keep the, the COs, the correction officers that work there are psychologically torturing you when you're behind a glass. People went. And this isn't. I mean, you go on the couple websites, there's people coming out of the closet and it's true. You don't have toilet paper for six days at a time. Toilet paper is a hot commodity we should not have as inmates not be able to not have toilet paper. Functioning showers and toilets. I mean, come on. [02:21:01] Speaker C: System. [02:21:02] Speaker B: Because you have a cuspid number and they trade off that number and every case has a cuspid number. You have a sesta k account. When you were born, each and every one of us was worth a million dollars. That's why we're, we're chattel to them. We're just a dollar sign. Now, the government invested our money well, but we're entitled to 50% of that. That's why the Nesara just saw. That's where the money's coming. It's our money. And so what they do in these and these, in the whole system, no matter whether you go to college, school, whatever, every time you sign something, they're taking that and they're, they're double dipping. Your houses are already paid off. They got it out of your sesta k account with your customer. And that's why that they tell you that you are just. That's why they made buildings. They call that a person as well. That's why you have to say, I want to see my accuser living soul, a man or woman. Because they have, they say the state is against you. They have to by constitution, show you your accuser. And so what they did is they switched everything on us. And they made the word people, not people, excuse me, the, the name persons to be corporations. It could be a bill, whatever. And they did that without us knowing. And so they've been playing word Porn on us for the longest time. When you say that you understand, you're telling them that you're giving them jurisdiction over because you're standing under them. You never again you say I don't understand anything. You say I understand nothing. And every time they say your name because it's your all caps name, you say no, that is not my name. I am. And I said I am Cindy, the living woman made of flesh and blood. Because that's what they do that have a seance. That's why they wear the black robes in the court. They're. And what's a court? They're playing bat, bat bat. So they know the game. You don't know the game and it's a kangaroo court and that's why you can't win. And you have a judge, you have an attorney and then you have the, the, the, the public attorney. Same corporation, they all get the pie. [02:22:59] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah, ever. And we're under admiralty law too. We're not supposed to be under admiralty. [02:23:06] Speaker B: Puerto Rico. Remember when the comedian said that Puerto Rico was out to sea? That's because. Out to sea. And, and it's going to be done with Trump, especially what he went through the bar. If you hold a bar card because your allegiance is to the British accredited registry, that's what it means, you will no longer be allowed to practice law in our country and you know, ever should have been to begin with. But he is going to make those declarations. He's, he got so much to do, God bless his soul. [02:23:35] Speaker A: But I know, I mean, I'm just, I'm so thankful and grateful and I am, you know, to God and to Trump and to him, you know, loving the United States as much as he does to, to, you know, to, to put up, I heard, you know, $4.5 billion before he ran for presidency. It cost him $1.5 billion of his own money. That's a lot of money to save humanity. But amen. God bless him. And you know what? I am so happy to be here for the change and for change and I'll continue to fight. I mean, what's going on in our county, I'm sure we're not, you know, singled out. I know that we need some desperate help here though. [02:24:24] Speaker C: Just keep speaking out. That's the important thing. Keep speaking. Yeah. All right, I'm going to take a last, my last break. This is a very short break, only two minutes. I got to refill my, my cup. My cup is not going over right now. All right, well, thank you guys. For listening. Don't go away. We'll be right back. This is literally just a couple of minutes. All right, here we go. [02:24:47] Speaker A: Whoops. [02:24:48] Speaker C: You're listening to the Red Pill reality. [02:24:51] Speaker E: Show with your host. [02:24:54] Speaker D: Come with me if you want to live. [02:24:58] Speaker E: Stay here. [02:24:59] Speaker D: I'll be back. [02:25:03] Speaker C: You have asked, are we happy? [02:25:06] Speaker A: Are we happy? [02:25:06] Speaker C: And effective consultation with leading experts in. [02:25:10] Speaker A: The field makes it perfectly clear, perfectly. [02:25:13] Speaker C: Clear that we are all now programmed for perfect happiness. Perfect happiness. [02:25:21] Speaker A: Perfect happiness. [02:25:43] Speaker C: We see what they want us to see. We hear what they want us to hear. [02:25:57] Speaker D: They think we can't handle the truth. [02:26:04] Speaker B: If you feel you are not properly. [02:26:06] Speaker A: Sedated, call 3, 4, 844 immediately. [02:26:12] Speaker B: Failure to do so may result in. [02:26:14] Speaker A: Prosecution for criminal drug evasion. [02:26:40] Speaker C: See that the humans remain entertained until the end. Bastards. Control, control, control. We're back. Hope you didn't go too far because we have more interesting and thought provoking information for you. Coming up on the Red Pill reality show. All right, let me get rid of this. Oh, so much fun. Here we go. Oh, my camera. Every time I do that. There we go. All right, we are back. Let me bring on Tommy and we'll bring on Heather. And it looks like Cindy got disconnected. She may call back. So we'll see if Cindy's gonna come back or not. And. Yep. Okay, Tommy, you're well blocked. What happened? There we go. And I got a. Heather's not here. Heather's on strike. Well, I'm hoping that what we did tonight, you know, and there'll be archives set up, so if you want to point anybody to the archives, you'll be able to do that. I'll send you the links as well. Cindy's back. There we go. [02:28:18] Speaker A: Yeah. [02:28:22] Speaker C: I'm hoping that we can raise enough dust that somebody out there will hear about it and take the steps necessary. [02:28:31] Speaker B: Now, I wrote to the FBI, I wrote to the military. I tried to go above everyone locally that I could possibly go against. So I know they have the names and numbers. I truly believe they're waiting for the blackout because they talk about the 10. [02:28:44] Speaker C: Days blackout, hearing about the blackout, blah, blah, blah, blah, is for them to. [02:28:51] Speaker B: Come in with the militia law, I believe, and shut everything down so these people cannot get away. And I think with Elon Musk that's been on board, and I think that Trump's only using him for this part because he has the technology that he can follow anybody anywhere, and he knows that stuff. And so right now he's an asset. But for down the road. [02:29:12] Speaker A: Yeah, I mean, it had, you know, and again, everybody there, and especially I love that Robert Kennedy came over too, you know, and again, everybody, they agreed to disagree. Everybody is getting along for, you know, the unity of the United States. And then, you know, I just love how it has all come together and, you know, even if they have things that they disagree on, and thank God that they're working together, I'm just so grateful to be here for this change in history, because this is history. [02:29:46] Speaker C: Rfk, turn this up a little bit. RFK said that I don't agree with everything Trump is doing, but I do agree that we need to make America healthy again. Right. I will accept this position because they could agree on that point. They don't agree on everything, but they agree on that. And that's what's important, is you don't have to agree. You know, if somebody says, oh, you support Trump? You support this? No, I support his policies. [02:30:12] Speaker A: Right. [02:30:13] Speaker C: My nose is not in his crack. And I, and I, I take everything with a grain of salt. There's not everything he does. I like. I don't like the idea of going to Gaza. I don't like the idea that he said, we're going to own Gaza. I don't like that. He knows a lot more than I do. Maybe he's got a reason behind it. Maybe. I don't know. But my point being is just because if you support somebody doesn't mean that everyone, hundred percent of what they're doing. [02:30:38] Speaker A: You support that's not right and agree, you know, to have an opinion and then you can listen to somebody else's. And again, having an open mind and being able to listen to what the other side. I mean, that's the whole thing about having a debate. And it wasn't even about politics anymore. It got to be they were just trashing each other. I was like, come on, people, let's get back to basics of politics. I grew up around politics. I was like, you know, it was about, how are you going to make the Americans money? I'm like, you know, Trump, talk about the drilling, talk about what you're going to, how you're going to recover America. Stop throwing stones at Kamala. She's a joke. I mean, look at her record. It's ridiculous. We don't even need to go there, you know, and it was. And it was so great to see everybody, you know, come together. I'm just, yeah, I couldn't. I have faith, and my faith is in God. I never questioned that. I was very young. I was brought up Irish Catholic. I never questioned who my maker was. So my faith does tell me that Trump is in it for the right reasons and that we are going to get resolution here in Lee County. I mean, I appreciate you guys letting us come and spread the word. And I pray to God that this is what happened and the heavenly Father is here with all of us now, and it's going to bring new friends and new people together and that people are going to start being loving and kind to each other again. I mean, I grew up in a place that was just beautiful and a northwest suburb of Chicago, Schaumburg, and we used to have pretty clouds. There was nothing that chemtrails. You know, there was. [02:32:07] Speaker C: You know, they bring that up. Have you noticed a decrease in the amount of chem trailing? [02:32:14] Speaker A: Yes, sir. Yep. Absolutely. [02:32:16] Speaker C: Cindy, where you're at? [02:32:18] Speaker B: I did notice it for a while. Then I started seeing them seeding this clouds again, and then that's when we start cold weather again. And I'm like, wait a minute. Going on for. But for about a week, there was none. And then all of a sudden, it was like they were emptying out the rest of what they had and they were just saturating. [02:32:32] Speaker C: They were. They were saturating. Saturating us every day here. And I haven't seen any in. In over a week. And Tommy's up in the Panhandle. You're probably still getting sprayed because you're close to two. Two air bases and one naval base up there. So you're probably still getting it, right? Yeah, yeah. It's got something to do with the military as well. The military being responsible for the spring, because originally, many years back, I know that somehow they were getting the commercial aircraft to do it, and then they got away from that and had the military aircraft do it. I think that part of it. I don't know how much of it, maybe all of it, but a part of it was being financed through the USAID garbage. [02:33:16] Speaker A: The usa. Oh, my God, that is so. Like, can you even believe. Guatemala for transgender. 58 million for. Or billion. Whatever it was for transgender reassignment. And then, I mean, what, what? I. I just. I can't. [02:33:36] Speaker C: Even if some of the slush fund that was in the USAID was supporting the chemtrailing, then that's the reason that we're not seeing quite as much of it, especially here now. When. When I saw the report come out about the usa, my first thought was, I wonder if they're the ones. That's where the money's coming from. For the chemtrail. So I, and that day I called a friend of mine in New Jersey who said that they would get sprayed daily. They weren't sprayed that day. I called a friend of mine in Colorado. They were clean. That day I called my friend in, in South Florida down in, in Homestead. He said that he only saw a very small amount in comparison what he normally saw. And then I called my friend in California and said they were soaked. So I was wondering to myself, oh, my God, I'm hoping and praying that they were being financed through USAID and their financing has been cut. [02:34:28] Speaker A: I hope so, too. I pray. [02:34:35] Speaker C: Well, he's had, he's had four years to figure out what he's going to do. And I think he's, he's on the right track. Instead of, instead of going at them publicly in the public courts, he's going after them where it really counts in the money, where the, everything that's being funded is now going to have a hard time being funded. They're cutting out so much and they're finding so much waste. And I, you know, I hear about the 10 days. A couple of things I want to bring up real quick now. Hear about the 10 days. I've heard about that for years. We're going to have ten days of darkness. They're going to transmit all of this stuff 247 about all the nice era and the Jasera and all the corruption and all of that's going to happen in the 10 days and blah, blah, blah. I hope it happens because I've just been so, so disappointed. In 2020. I had three different avenues of information coming in from the, from different people that I followed. And they all said the same thing, that the 2020 election, they were going to consider, they were going to call martial law. They were going to arrest all of these criminals that we call politicians. They're going to take care of it all of that time. I was so sure. I was 100% sure it was going to happen and it didn't happen. Yeah, I heard later there was several reasons why it didn't happen. First, they said that I heard that there was a dirty bomb that was going to go off at. If they continued doing to what they were going to do. Then there was the story that Trump gave out. And the story that Trump gave out was the best is yet to come. And then we have to go through this first. And I was really upset with Trump. I was so mad because I felt at that point that we know that the President is the commander in Chief of the military. In my limited education, what I saw in my mind, had I been in that position, I would have told the military, go get them all. Take care of them right now. Clean house, let's get it over with. Instead, he walked away with his tail between his legs. At least it looked that way. He walked away with his tail between his legs. Little did I know. And he said several times, it has to be this way. We had. It has. And I kept saying to myself, what the hell? What do you mean? You talking. It has to be. Are you crazy? We don't want to have to go through all this. But now that we're at the end of all of that, I understand why we had to go through it. [02:36:53] Speaker A: There had to be a lot to catch them. [02:36:57] Speaker C: Even though there were many people that were awake, there weren't enough people awake to make the difference. And in order to wake those people up, we had to run them through the fire first so they could say, oh, my God, this hurts. [02:37:08] Speaker B: Right? [02:37:09] Speaker C: Hurts. I don't want any more of this. And that's. That's what happened. I said earlier in, in the monologue, open mind and knowledge. When, when I heard him say the best is yet to come. And then I'm witnessing a. Literally a theft of the. The election and him and his position, and he's saying the best is yet to come. And I'm almost like flabbergasted. I didn't know what you know, but if I had an open mind when all of that was going on, thinking to myself, instead of just saying of I don't know what he's doing, I don't know how he can say the best was yet to come. We got these scumbags that are literally ripping. I mean, you could tell anybody who had any idea what's going on talking. [02:37:52] Speaker A: About the watermarked ballots. [02:37:54] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah, watermarked, according to different. Lynn Lin Wood. I think he's one of the attorneys that were saying it was a giant military psyop, the whole thing. They have it all. [02:38:08] Speaker A: I love that. For the United States of America and the truth. I love that. [02:38:14] Speaker C: I guess it just kind of gives credibility to what I was saying. Had I an open mind when I kept hearing the best is yet to come and believe that instead of seeing, oh, my God, these people stole the election, now they're going to run the country into the ground. How can you say the best is yet to come? My mind had closed down and all I could see was, oh, this is. This is the end of the country. We're done. We're not going to make it. I really didn't think we would make it for four years. I really. At the rate that they were going, it wasn't going to take a whole lot more. In the monologue today, I said today in the monologue. When I was in the Air Force, I kept hearing about how the Russians were going to take over, the communists were going to take over, and blah, blah, blah. And there weren't going to be any. Any rifles fired or weren't going to be pistols. There weren't going to be any bombs dropped. They were going to use the very same system that we use for our freedom. And I kept laughing and laughing and laughing. And then how close did we get? I'm telling you, we were with literally within an eye blink of this country being rolled over and taken down by these freaking communists that have rooted themselves into our country. [02:39:19] Speaker A: It was this close. I mean, people have no idea how close it was. And I mean, just. [02:39:30] Speaker B: Oh, but Stephen, here's the thing. We can hear all this stuff. And when you start coming into a place of fear, you know, first of all, that God is not a God of fear. He's a God. [02:39:41] Speaker C: That's right. [02:39:42] Speaker B: Build us up to press and more into him tonight. I got saved at 3 years old by the guy, by the way. Guys, my daddy was a pastor and I love God with all my. All my life. So here's the bottom line is it's for us to not buy into the world system, no matter what we hear. Because we don't comprehend the big picture. Because we're not to know in part. So each day and every day, Lord, what is my part to play here today? Because, see, God's going to use your story and your story, Tommy, and your story, Heather, and my story. And he's gonna. He's tested us because the world has put this upon us. Because we live in a fallen world and because we. And because we're still standing. And because I truly believe that God's word says, do not touch one of my little children. And they touched one of us. They touched us, okay? Not happy with a millstone around their neck. Which basically means it's better they committed suicide than to have touched one of us. Because we're gonna see. We're gonna see and we're gonna reap what God has for us of what these evildoers did. And that those monies and those world systems are going to go to us believers in Jesus Christ. Because God is who he says he is. He's not a man that he should lie and in everything. And I know that you've. You yourselves and Tommy, you even mentioned it. You pressed into the Lord more because it was so beyond our comprehension. It was like a time warp. It's like you pinch yourself, where am I? We had L on Earth. We don't have to fear nothing anymore. I mean, we never had to fear to begin with because God was with us, walking us through it. And God, who he has walked hard places is going to use us to be because we've been proven and we stood true and we're still standing. [02:41:26] Speaker A: Amen. [02:41:27] Speaker B: Amazing worshiping, Ben. And God's story after God's story as well as. As you, Tommy. Because God is faithful and that's one thing. And even though I did worry based. [02:41:40] Speaker A: Oh God. [02:41:43] Speaker B: Word by what his word said because I wasn't sensing the presence of God. And I've always felt the presence of God when I was walking through my two years of living hell. But I had to go on what I know. That's why it's imperative and it's important that you read his love letters to you and stay in his word because that's. We use the word which is our sword to build us up and to keep us to go for the next fight, the next round. And that's what we need, need. And that's what people forget and that's what we kind of put to the side. And we get caught up in everything that's happening in the world. Then we get anxious, we get fearful, we get hopeless. And that's why I say, I don't want to hear none of that, Lord. I'm keeping my eyes on you because what does the Bible tell us that our help comes from where from the Lord? He goes, look to the heavens where your help comes from. And we get caught up on these machines and all this stuff. But I said, no, Lord, I am flesh and blood. You created me. You breathed your breath in me me and made me a living soul. That's what he did to Adam, right? He breathed and made him a living soul. Can't get caught up on machines that they're trying to do. I just say, lord, give me the wisdom and the forewal to do what I need to do when I need to do it and let me move swiftly when you say, do it now and execute or do this or do that. And so we want to have our ears attuned to what God would have us say because we can get crazy if we listen to all this other Stuff easily. [02:42:57] Speaker C: Very quickly. Very, very quickly. Wow. [02:43:00] Speaker E: I used to get steered. I no longer get steered because of his presence to me that anybody who tries to steer me, I can put them in their place because my relationship with him is so personal and so strong that I can't be steered anymore. And that's just because his presence has become so strong that my conviction has become his conviction. [02:43:28] Speaker C: Wow. [02:43:29] Speaker B: So no weapon form. [02:43:31] Speaker E: Dear God. [02:43:32] Speaker B: Amen. [02:43:34] Speaker A: No weapon formed against me will prosper. [02:43:37] Speaker C: Yeah, that's right. We're running down on the time. We're got a couple more minutes. Tommy, I'll give you an option. Anything you want to say before we start to head out the door? [02:43:51] Speaker E: Yeah. I think it's very important that we know that. That this is. You know, I have two parts to my. To my case. I have the personal, personal part, which is my family, Carmine Marceno, the. The Mike. The Mike Peterson's and my attorneys and all that. Those are the personal. And then I. We have the. The legal aspect, which is the court system. And I just can't express enough how this is a judicial RICO enterprise, that this is not just about Carmine Marceno. This is about the entire system and these people that are involved, the judges, the attorneys, the Florida bar, the banks. I have two banks that are in U.S. bank and Bank Trust that are part of robbing the dead. I say, because that's essentially what they did in my father's day. They robbed the dead. And I feel it's so disgustingly egregious that my father's legacy has been torn to pieces. And this is a man that fight that fought in the Korean War for their freedom. And here they are walking by this red body to rob him blind. I can't express the anger I have. But that's God's avenge. I've learned that it's God's avenge, not mine. And so I give it to God and I just say, you know what? Take care of that. And here he is taking care of it right now through you, Stephen. So I want to thank you very much for taking interest in it because it's. It's real important. [02:45:33] Speaker C: Important. [02:45:33] Speaker E: I don't think people understand that this could be them. They could be the next. [02:45:38] Speaker C: That's where people. [02:45:39] Speaker E: It could be your parents. [02:45:40] Speaker C: Yeah. That's where people need to get a grasp of the stories. It could easily be any one one of us. Very easily. Yeah. Especially. And I think about what. What happened with Cindy. We're over a mask. Come on, guys. Over a freaking man. And. And we found out later on. I knew all along that the masks don't do spit anyway. [02:46:01] Speaker A: Right. [02:46:04] Speaker C: Over an uneducated, over steroided, artificially pumped up individual with a costume on. Because I don't even call it a uniform. It's. It's sad. And. And maybe what we discuss tonight will hit somebody's ear that they can do something. Heather, let me. Let me give you an opportunity thing you want to go over before we head out the door. [02:46:30] Speaker A: Yeah. I mean, there are so many different points. I mean, it all goes back to, you know, we go back to the law enforcement, to Lee county, and they have policies that they're following, and they're not following the law. The way that they're practicing law is not real law. There's policies in the courtrooms for. Well, the judge doesn't like that. Well, I'm like, I, you know, I don't care. I'm like, that's not, you know, that's. [02:47:09] Speaker C: What it's supposed to work anyway. It doesn't matter what he likes. Right. [02:47:13] Speaker A: And he basically, you know, it's so hard to get my own evidence that just magically disappeared when. When I was thrown back in. Baker acted. I don't understand, you know, there's. There's so many parts to my ongoing saga, but, you know, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. So what I did was, is I got, you know, I was on prescription meds from the time I was young, and I drank Alco quite a few years ago. I like five start, you know, got myself sober, but nobody knew about it. So this time, when they came to attack me, I was ready for them. I had multiple cameras videotaping them. So I have all kinds of evidence, all kinds of it. And, you know, I urge, you know, people to check into this more. You know, Tom and I are putting together our page and we're trying to get the evidence out there. They've tried to cover up so much in my case, you know, I can't even get to it in just a short period of time. But we are trying to get it out there. So, you know, come and visit our page. Come and look at it. I appreciate both of you for hosting us and just listening to us, you know. [02:48:38] Speaker C: Well, I'm hoping that we can make a difference. That's one of the things that, that God has put on my heart is if. If you know something and you can help, then help, you know? [02:48:47] Speaker A: Right. [02:48:47] Speaker C: So, Cindy. [02:48:49] Speaker B: Yeah. Well, I'd like to say, first of all, a Man date is two men going on a date. That would be going fishing. [02:48:54] Speaker C: That would be, that would be Barry and Michael. [02:48:58] Speaker B: Right people. And first of all, what it means to be an American and what God given rights they gave gave him. You see, the Constitution does not give us any rights. God. [02:49:10] Speaker C: Amen. [02:49:11] Speaker B: The Constitution is to keep the government from encroaching upon those rights. [02:49:15] Speaker C: That's right. [02:49:16] Speaker B: Somebody's wearing a costume does not give them authority over me. They have authority over me. The only one that has some authority over me because I submit him is God almighty, the creator of heaven out of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And I give him that authority because he doesn't make anybody give anything. So when art on you and when you get fearful, people say, I've said I see a police officer and I gotta tell you I have no fear of these people because they're not respectable. And I like I said, there are some that are cops that are good cops. So don't get me wrong, my daddy was one, he was a true peace officer. But there's like you said, they are gangsters. They are hired gangsters. That's why you see so many young police. They're training them to be bullies, okay? And these guys costume on and they have some power. No more jurisdiction over you than the guy at the Walmart that's a security guy. They have restriction over you. If you read your Constitution. And it's for again the government to be not encroached. They only have jurisdiction in the 10 by 10 square in Washington D.C. and the buildings that we pay for that are government buildings. Other than that, they're not even to harass you, talk to you, do nothing. Only unless there's a true trespass or you're harming somebody. Other than that they have no business being in our lives. They are supposed to jurisdiction over the judges, over dirty cops, that's their job. Not over us, we the people. And because they've been doing it for so long, people get. They're not even supposed to be giving you tickets. Do you know that you don't even have driver's license nor your car registered unless you're doing it as an Uber driver. All of that is all put upon us, which is encroachment of their jurisdiction. And when you know your rights and you stand on your rights, they can't do nothing. And you need to, and I tell every American, start learning the Constitution because that is your protection. Start your learning UCC codes because they were written to protect us, but because we the people don't know we're getting. [02:51:12] Speaker C: And that's by design. It's by design that you don't know. [02:51:15] Speaker E: Yeah. [02:51:15] Speaker A: And it's hard, you know, because I know them. And then. And then being stuck in there and knowing that they are blatantly disrespecting our Constitution, the commandments, and the law under God. I mean, under God, you know, and it's just so simple. And, you know, none of these courtrooms in Lee county, there isn't anything about God in there. I would love to see that again, you know, and I would love to see people, you know, taking an oath and putting their hand on the Bible again. Because I want you just to lie to my face. These. These Glee County Sheriffs, Cape Coral Police. I want to see them go on the stand and lie under oath and put their hand on a Bible and lie on me. I didn't do that. And let's see the rest, you know, like, how could these people do that? I just don't understand knowing that one day you're gonna have. But, you know, maybe they don't believe. But that's bad on them. [02:52:12] Speaker C: I really believe that some of them do not have a soul. They don't. [02:52:16] Speaker B: Freemasons. That's the thing. [02:52:19] Speaker A: And I found out that that's what my father is. And then I was like, h. Finally, like, you know, a little over about three years, two and a half years ago, somebody was like, hey, did you know your dad was a Mason? I'm like, that's the missing piece to the puzzle. I was so blinded by everything else that I didn't realize that that's exactly what he was. And that's why I was the sacrificial lamb. And my sister are this. And my mother and I are this. And my. I just call her my sister Satan, because, you know, that's exactly. She just. That's it. And I have nothing to do with that. [02:52:51] Speaker C: Wow. [02:52:52] Speaker B: Not your sister. She's your sibling. There's a sister's a heart. [02:52:58] Speaker A: I concur. Thank you for that. Correction. I appreciate it. [02:53:02] Speaker B: I had to. The Lord told me that when it came to my home family. So that's. [02:53:10] Speaker C: With her siblings as well. [02:53:12] Speaker B: Yeah. [02:53:13] Speaker A: I appreciate talking to you you all tonight. It's been. It's been absolutely love you. Lovely. I enjoy your company. [02:53:21] Speaker B: Thank you. [02:53:23] Speaker C: I wish you guys well again. I pray that hopefully somebody will hear this or see this. And the archives will be set up. They'll be archive set up on Facebook under red pill reality show as well as Crim Radio network. And we have archives set up somewhere else, but I can't remember where. But if you guys need a link or anything, Tommy, you have my email, you have my phone number. Just contact me and I'll give you a link. Because I can always upload it to my G drive on my Google and. And share it. Share it with anybody? Yeah, a lot of the groups. [02:54:02] Speaker E: So I'd like to share it with the Florida groups. [02:54:05] Speaker A: Yeah, I was gonna. I was gonna get a bunch of stuff. And he's like, oh, you know, we didn't have enough time to get. I mean, we have all. All kinds of attachments. We could have sent visuals and stuff. I had a trifold with all the lines of connecting all the people. I mean, we. Yeah, I mean. And again, it's. I mean, it's. It's all. It is all connected. Six degrees of separation. I go through the psychology side of it too, and it was the only thing that kept me sane. But I have dealt with some really ugly, gruesome people. They've done some horrible things to me. I have been beaten. I've had broken bones by the police. I have been denied access to X ray machines by Officer Guevara. The X ray tech came in and asked for a female officer, again denied medical attention. In a hospital with a cape coral police officer there, they refused to give me an X ray after jumping me. I mean, this stuff goes on and on. I mean, this is just blatant. And then they locked me in a cell for 33 days and denied me access. Like, my leg was split open. I mean, I was in a bikini in the man's me. And then he says, oh, she kicked me. Didn't kick you? No, I didn't. Not at all. [02:55:23] Speaker C: If you recall, I said earlier, there's some things that. That Trump is doing that I'm not in 100 agreement with. One of them is he wants to make killing a police officer automatic death. Death penalty. I don't agree with that. Because as both of us, the three of you have been, you know, witness to. There are some cops that you would literally have to defend yourself against. It may come down to where it's either him or you, you know, and then send yourself and it's. It's a cop, and you shot a cop. You know, that's automatic death. So there's. It's. Like I said earlier, because you support somebody doesn't mean you are 100% agreement with everything that they're doing. Oh, yeah. [02:56:04] Speaker A: I mean, they were pinching me in my arms. Holding me. I had bruises down and there. And you hear me the whole time on the transcripts going, ow, ow, ow, ow. You know, I mean, the whole time, like six hours. [02:56:18] Speaker C: But you're acting. I'm sure they're saying, she's just acting, she's just overacting, she's overreacting. That's, yeah, that's, that's the response to this nonsense. [02:56:27] Speaker A: It's crazy, blatant abuse. And it, it, it. They are misusing and abusing their power and their badges and they are lying through their teeth. And I made it all the way up to the sergeant Gum. He came out, I told him I was getting punched in the face by the mail in the house and he didn't even care. I'm like, I have videos of the woman punching me in the face. They didn't even care. It's like, oh, yeah, that's right. Because five months prior to that, two of their own beat me up on the side of the street. And why did they do that? There's a whole another story behind that. And again, you know, it's just, it, it goes back to the people in charge in this town. And if you, the cabal, you don't play their game, you know? And my ex wanted my son and he was done with me. He's got a six hundred thousand dollar life insurance policy on me. He was done. So they were going to disappear me in Lee County Jail. That's how they roll here. [02:57:28] Speaker C: Yeah. Wow. Well, God bless for taking the time to share and I'll get you a link to the archives and keep our fingers crossed to say our prayers. Believe that somebody would. [02:57:48] Speaker E: Thank you so much. [02:57:50] Speaker C: Appreciate it. Good night, heaven. Good night, Tommy. Good night. [02:58:02] Speaker A: Have a good night. [02:58:05] Speaker D: Take the red pill. Take the blue pill. Take the red pill. Take the blue pill. Take the red pill. Take the blue pill. Take the red pill. Take the blue pill. You take the red pill. And I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning. You take the blue pill. The story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. Take the red pill. Take the red pill. Take the red pill. Take the red pill. Take the red pill. Take the red pill. Take the red pill. Take the red pill. You stay in wonderland. You stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. Goats. [02:59:33] Speaker A: Goats. [02:59:34] Speaker D: Goats. Goats go.
