We've got water bottles, we've got cups, we've got shirts, we've got hats. You name it, we probably have it. So you want to check out the merchandise. So what happens if you buy the merchandise? What you do is help support the show, actually all the shows, because without you guys, we're not around. And we have a lot of people that are doing the shows and we don't get paid for doing the shows. We just love doing it and giving out good, solid information. And that's what the Trim radio network is about. Okay? So buy the merchandise, listen to our shows, and I believe it's on the 16th May. I think there's going to be a get together on the web, so you might want to check it out. It's called the host open house and you can register for that. If you are interested in making your voice be heard by having your own live radio show or podcast, then join us may 16 at 07:00 p.m. To get a glimpse into trim radio network and your opportunities with us. We have a lot of fun. We really do. But hey, that's May 16 at 07:00 p.m. And you have to go to the trimradio.com page and click on the register now. Okay. Click on Register now and see what it takes to set up your own podcast. Okay. Well, hey, we've got, of course, big shout out to the trim radio network. We've got a big shout out to the University of Findlay at ww dot. Findlay.edu. It's a good school. It really is. It's located in Findlay, Ohio, and they have three campuses. They have the main campus with most of the academic classes. Then you go to the equestrian campus, and there they do pre, pre veterinary, if I can get my mouth working tonight, pre veterinary studies and equine studies. And also we have the hazardous materials campus on the other side of Finley. And it's a good school, trust me. You can get a bachelor's degree, a master's degree or a doctorate at the University of Finley. You say doctorate? I didn't know they did that. Yes, they have a doctorate degrees in. Let's look at it this way. Physical therapy education and a few others. Okay, check them out. Www.findly.edu. That's the University of Finley, and they are a division two NCAA sports school. It's academic, but they, they also play sports and they're pretty good. So you want to check them out. Great campus, great facilities, great professors. Doctor Kathy fell is the president, and she has done a fantastic job. Also, they will be combining with Bluffton University, which is a few more miles to the south along I 75 in, I believe it's next fall. And you'll still be able to go to Bluffton University or the University of Finley, and you'll be able to take classes at either one. So if you have a class at Bluffton University that's not offered on the Finley campus, you can go down there and take that class there. Well, okay, so they will be a NCAA Division three sports school at the University of Lofton, and then at the University of Finley, they are an NCAA Division two school, so you can check them out. It's going to be a great merger once they get everything done. I mean, man, I'll tell you what. You've got four campuses. Wow, that's something else. Plus, they have. Also, they have online studies, so you can actually do part of your work over the Internet. It's amazing. When I was there, we just had to study. I mean, well, they still have to study, but you know what I mean? You didn't look at a camera and watch tv or videos of your instructional class. We didn't have that. I mean, Methuselah left us tablets and maybe we had things called notebooks and books. Computers weren't even around then. I mean, that. That's going way back. Well, anyhow, big shout out to the University of Finley at www.findly.edu. A big shout out to Rusty Duck's custom pens and blanks. And Phil over at Rusty Ducks custom pens and blanks on Facebook has done a fantastic job with a lot of his custom pens and the center section, which is the blanks. Now I'll tell you what he does the artwork. He does the casting. He puts the pens together, the pencils. I mean, he does an excellent job. You want to check him out? Rusty ducks custom pens and blanks. A big shout out to money and change. That's tonight, 07:00 to 08:00 every Sunday night. And remember last week we had a concert I had to play, and I don't have to play a concert for several weeks now, not until, I believe, the end of June. So we'll be doing some live shows. Also, for my world, that's generally live because I don't play concerts on Wednesdays. It's always on Sundays. So anyhow, guys, just a heads up on that. And when we do have a replay, we'll call it an encore edition. Okay? I got that word from Rush Limbaugh. Instead of a replay, he called it an encore edition. I think that's a good term to use. And my world's every Wednesday at 08:00 p.m.. A big shout out to Brad and Krista at the big family homestead. They're still in Wisconsin. They still talk about a lot of different things. One of the big things they were talking about is Moringa. It's not a spanish dance or anything. It's just, it's an herb. It's kind of neat. I've never heard of it before, but I've heard people talk about it and it's legal. But anyhow, that's big family homestead with Brad and Krista in the middle of Wisconsin, where now they can start growing crops because it's not muddy or filled with snow, if you know what I mean. Deep south homestead with Danny and Wanda king. Great people. Danny is talking about a lot of different things on porch time, and he does that on Sunday. And I believe porch time is aired on Monday nights or Tuesday nights on YouTube. Check them out. Danny and Wanda King at deep South Homestead, also southern prepper one, which is Dave Kobler. I've known Dave for quite a while. He's a great guy. He really is. And he talks about boots on the ground and some of the stuff that's going on in the economy, in the world. He really is. He's a good guy. I've talked to him before. Proper nurse one Ed Carswell is building his little compound, if you want to call it that, his little hideaway down in West Virginia. And they're adding some more, I'll call them cabins. Other people are moving in there and it's interesting to see how that all comes together. But that's Ed Carswell, also Appalachia, homestead. Okay. You have to check her out, and that is Patara. And she talks a lot about the economy and what's going on. Basically how to grow crops, too. Things that we have to be dependent on because things are going to get rough. Everybody keeps saying it hasn't happened yet, and I hope it never happens, but it is going to start getting rough. And let's see, we've got lds, prepper, and he talks about communications and everything else. I listen to so many different shows to find out what I can do to help my listeners. I'm serious. There's so much stuff going on out there, and if you can spread the word about the show and tell people, hey, you have to listen to money and change every Sunday night. You can also listen to the replays, but there's a lot of stuff going on. Have you heard about the coronal mass ejection lately? It's called a CME. Did you know that? We're experiencing that the last few days. Well, how do you protect against it? What is it? There's a lot of stuff to look at. Well, the coronal, coronal mass ejection is kind of like an x flare. And they were saying that we're in this cycle, and by 2025, we're supposed to have a lot more of these cmes. A coronal mass ejection, it comes from the sun, and what happens is the plasma builds up and boom, it shoots off and it's coming towards the earth. Sometimes not all the time, just depends on where these flare up. Right now it's right at the earth, and by 2025, it could really get nasty. So, you know, I've been talking about preparing. I've been doing it for years, and now it's getting down to crunch time, if you know what I mean. So, you know, you want to pay down your debt, put some money aside, buy some long term food, make sure you have your medications, make sure you have the appropriate clothing, make sure you have. I'm going to add this to it. The ability to preserve and store water, that's going to be a big thing. Make sure that you have extra tarps. Make sure you have. If you have a propane grill, make sure you have extra propane. Make sure you keep your gas tanks topped off. I never let my car get as low as three quarters of a tank full. I mean, that's. That's it. When it gets down to a quarter down, I fill it up and I make sure that my extra cans are filled up. You know, your lawnmower takes gasoline for the most part. I don't think they've invented a diesel one yet. But I'll tell you what, I actually keep myself prepped up. I was going through food tonight and rearranging things and going through applesauce and everything else that I like to get when I go to Aldi's or I go to Wally World, better known as Walmart, or when I can go down to Sam's club and buy larger bulk items down there. And you have to use what you buy because sometimes stuff goes bad and then you're stuck with, you know, you're in trouble. Long term foods the LDS church has canned foods, the basics, wheat, rice, some vegetables, some dried apples and so forth. You can check their site out, ldschurch.org, I believe is what it is. You can also check out other prepping stores like emergency essentials and a few others. When you start getting into freeze dried foods or you're talking about specialty canned foods, it can be expensive, but it lasts for 20 years. It might even last longer. And if you need something to eat and let's say you lose your job or there are hard times and the plants shut down temporarily or whatever, at least you have food for your family. Another thing to take a look at is Keystone meats. It's located in Lima, Ohio. Matter of fact, it's right up the interstate for me about 45 miles. And you can get either turkey, pork, beef or chicken all canned up. And I'll tell you what, I have used it at lodge when we make beef and noodles or chicken and noodles, you just open the can and add it to your noodles and cook them up. And it's delicious. It really is. I like that stuff. They even have hamburger that's canned. And it is. It's great stuff. And that's keystone meats. Some places you can't get it. But I look at doing that, I make sure that I have some way to cook and heat food without using electricity. If you have a propane grill, then go ahead and use that. If you have charcoal grill, make sure you have plenty of charcoal. Believe it or not, I have plenty of charcoal. I have plenty of propane. Why? Because in an emergency you're going to need it, especially with a coronal mass ejection. The CME. Now what's the geomagnetic storm of 2024? I mean, this is 2024, right? Well, it's a severe, intense coronal mass ejection traveling from the sun at speeds up to 1200 miles/second and they're anticipated reach the earth's outer atmosphere by late afternoon. Well, guess what? If you look up at night and you see the Aurora borealis, well, that's the particles that are hitting our ionosphere. And that causes all of that, all the pretty colors and everything and the oohs and the ahs. Well, if that wasn't there and we got a correct direct coronal mass ejection, we are in trouble. What happens to your cell phones? You know, these little things we're all dependent on, they get fried. What happened to computers? They get fried. GMRS radios, they get fried. Anything with electronics will just overload and fry according to the experts. Now, I'm not an expert, but I did listen. I did stay at a Holiday inn overnight anyhow. Just kidding. But I have. Anyhow, right here is tin foil. You notice it's crumpled up? There's a reason for that. I was listening to somebody that was a telecom person, and he said, you know, if you don't want to be found, you take your cell phone and you put it in tin foil, wrap it up, fold over the edges. If you have a metal trash can, you put that in the metal trash can. Put on the lid. Just make sure that the foil isn't touching the inside. And what I do is, I take it, I've got two trash cans that are galvanized steel. And I have lined them with plastic on the inside so they're not touching any metal. And I have an additional insulator beyond that. And I put all of my electronics in there. I've got special batteries from geniverse, and I keep those or solar batteries. So they are in one can. I've got other spaces within that can to put in other things. Well, that's where you can put the cell phone. Electric signals will not get to the cell phone. Okay. Another thing, if I can get it over here, mylar packets. Okay, what I do with Mylar, and I just did this last night, and I have to be careful because this is a Samsung tablet. And I took the power cord and the plug and the tablet, put it in the bag, the mylar bag. I can get these at Amazon. And then I fold it, crimp it. Now, no electronic signals can get into it. Okay. You can get that at Amazon. You can go out and probably get it any place if you look hard enough. I have my laptop, which I just charged and got it going last night and updated everything. And it's in another mylar container. And then it's put away in its case. And that case will go in one of the trash cans. Those are better known as a Faraday cage. When you do it that way, once that lids on and nothing is touching and the electric waves, as we'll call it, come in, they're not going to enter into that trash can because of the metal. It shields everything. Okay, so you've learned a little bit tonight about the cmes, and it's scary because what happens, according to Orlando Prepper and I listened to him once in a while, he was saying, take your cell phones and put them in the microwave. Well, if you did that, you better put a little sticker on the outside that says do not use. And you can put laptops and everything else in there if you can get them in the microwave and shut it, because radio waves cannot come out of there from the microwave. Okay, but be smart. If you put things in there, put that sign up there that says do not use, because if you use it, you've just fried everything that's on the inside. And that's a lot of big money, especially in today's world, with the economy the way it is and the inflation that's going on. Okay. Oh, so much stuff to talk about tonight. But that was the CME. Now, what happens to the economy? What happens to the stuff in your house? Your tvs aren't going to work. Your radios aren't going to work. Probably your microwave's not going to work. Your oven probably is not going to work. Fans aren't going to work. Air conditioning is not going to work. Everything gets fried. And in some cases, cmes can actually cause fires. One radio station I was listening to last night said, unplug all of your electronics, check YouTube or other sources to see when these cmes are going to hit the earth, and be prepared for weird things to happen. Well, cmes also affect people in certain ways, and I'm not going to get into that. It would probably affect a lot of people in Washington, DC. Well, they're already affected, if you know what I mean. Well, anyhow, that's the CME, and you have to be careful with cmes because everything could come to a halt. Equipment won't malfunction. Ships at sea suddenly become a boy because everything stops there and you're just bobbing around and nowhere to go. And the only way you're going to survive is probably fishing off the side, and hopefully somebody comes along, which may not happen. So you may be on the boat for quite a while. Electric lights won't work. So do you have kerosene lamps? I do. I've got backup oil, too. I've got flashlights and batteries. I've got an electric generator, which hopefully it is insulated from everything because anything touching the concrete that it's on is rubber. What about your car? Well, if it was basically around 1987 and back, they'll probably run. But anything with an electric, with electronics may not, according to some. Now, other people say no, an EMP or a coronal mass ejection may not fry the computer, but you don't want to be on the road, on the interstate or in a traffic jam if this happens and suddenly the car just stops like everybody else's, because you're going to be with a lot of people that are going to be really angry about it. Trust me. The best place if you're going to do anything is not bug out, but bug in. There was a tavern one time called the bug in. I never went there. I didn't want any bugs. Anyhow. Stay home. Be prepared if you have GMRS radios, I always talk about those. You notice I didn't pull one out today because those are in the mylar containers that are going into the can. And the only thing that I can't put due to size is are the antennas. But everything's been charged, everything is ready, and the only thing that I may lose would be a computer. Everything else is going to be within that container. Do you have extra magazines and books you can read? That's probably what you'll be ending up doing. Seemis are nothing to mess with. When the power goes out, that's it. Who's going to be affected? Hospitals. No power. How do they treat the patients? Nursing homes. Okay. Colleges and universities, more than likely factories. Refrigeration, you may have to learn how to dig a hole down about 3ft and use it for basic refrigeration. What's going to happen to your medications if they have to be refrigerated? That's a big concern. So that's why I brought that up tonight. I originally wasn't going to talk about cmes, but I thought, hey, if it happens, I want to be able to warn people about it. Okay. And you can check it out on Google. Just put in a kernel mass ejection, or cmes, and it'll bring up a whole host of things that you can follow for that. Okay, well, what's going on with finance? Us debt clock, you know, we're 34,731,450,000,000 and climbing which is $103,158 in debt per citizen. I don't know about you, but I don't have that kind of money laying around, and I sure don't want to take out a loan for it. You know what happens with loans. The interest rates are way up. The debt per taxpayer. Dig this. The debt per taxpayer is $266,951. Yeah, it's a lot. And Uncle Sam, according to the usdeclock.org, the federal government is getting $14,378 per citizen in tax money. Are we overpaying in tax? More than likely. Why? Because the government keeps spending our money. Spend, spend, spend, send. We'll just print more money. It's paper, it's fiat, it's not backed by gold, it's not backed by silver. And that's why everybody that has started to think about this went into the BRICS group, which is Brazil, India, Russia, China, South Africa, and about 29 other countries. They're going to dump the dollar. That's why I'm saying prep and prep and prep and prep. If you have any money left over, you might want to consider buying a precious metal, whether it's silver or gold. Why? It's a hedge against calamity. And we're about ready to get into a calamity. One way or another, those politicians are going to get us involved in it. They're going to crash the system and then come up with something else, which is the CBDC, the central bank digital coin. I've been following a lot of that. I've even talked to somebody at lunch that I never knew they were talking about CBDCs. It's just ones and o's, ones and zeros. Not good. It's like getting bitcoin. Bitcoins is one, ones and zeros. Can you hold it in your hand? No. Can you spend it? Kind of. And the last time I looked, bitcoins were something like, I don't know, 40, $34,000 for one coin. And you have to spend all this electricity and computations to find one bitcoin? Is that going to work? I doubt it. It's getting scary out there, guys. It really is. Hey. The average credit card debt in the US is now soaring past $6,500. What have I told you guys over the past eleven years? Pay down your debt and put some money aside. Pay off your debt. If you use your credit card to buy things at wally World or anything else, anywhere else, what you want to do is pay it off as soon as you get it in. You know, there are some people I see them at Walmart and they might have a two or $300 bill and they put it on their plastic card. Hopefully they pay it off when they get the bill because I would not want to pay the interest. I don't think I've ever paid interest more than maybe twice in the past twelve years. And that's only because I made a big purchase and I decided to split the payments. And I did, I paid it off in two payments and I didn't tack on any other interest. Okay, but consider that according to Mary pre non prenon, at the epoch times or epoch times, the average credit card debt in the US is now soaring past $6,500. If suddenly the bank came to collect it and you didn't have it. Oh gee, you have a car, don't you? We'll take that. Oh, you have a house? Well, we'll probably put a mortgage on that and take that too. Be careful with your credit cards, please. Well, scalar rue is one of the sources they use. That said, the US national average for credit card debt has escalated to $6,555, with New Jersey residents leading the nation with an average debt of $8,155 per credit card. You know, I had a college roommate one time and he said, guess what, I've got seven credit cards. Oh, that's nice. Why? Well, I've got so much stuff I have to get. Like what? And he goes on and on. He had all these Star wars collectibles and everything. I said, how much do you owe on your credit card? And he told me and I said, pay it off. Now. He says, oh, we can do it over time. No, you're paying all that interest. Consolidate the debt on the card at the lowest rate you can get it and then pay it off. Didn't listen. Well, you know, coming in close to that New Jersey number is Connecticut with an average debt of $8,011 per credit card. I can't see people getting in debt that way. Now there was a poll that was done. According to the report, most affected groups are people who are single, rent or own, are parents of children under 18, and have an income of $50,000 or less. Gee whiz, I remember having an income of less than $30,000 a year. Matter of fact, the first job that I had way back when, just after graduating, was a total of $6,900 for one year. And that was to teach. Could you make it on that today? No. And then later on I got to making $30,000 a year in a form of management. And was that enough? I still paid off my bills. That was one thing I wanted to do. But now it costs so much to live because inflation. Live beneath your means. Okay, live beneath your means. What does that mean? Gee, no Netflix. Cut back on your streaming, on your cable vision or whatever you have. Look for the best deal that you can get. Don't have a big, expensive car. Don't have a lot of payments on a car when you buy one. Make sure when you go to the grocery, you look for deals. Make sure that you shop wisely, not for just anything you think you want to eat. You don't need the rice Krispie bars. They're good, but you don't need them. Build up on canned food, canned meat, long term foods, rice. You know, you get a five pound bag of rice or 20 pound bag of rice or even a 50 pound bag of rice that'll feed you for quite a while. Beans, protein. Get that. You don't have to have everything. New things can last for quite a while if you let them. Okay. All right. Now, another thing that came up, and I just saw this today, you know, Gen Zers and millennials and baby boomers. I guess I'm a baby boomer. We have something in common. Many of them can no longer afford a Big Mac combo meal at McDonald's. And McDonald's has. They've had three years of mcFlation. The prices had gone up, and some combo meals are as high as $18. That's nuts. What was a big Mac back? Oh, gee, ten years ago, maybe a buck and a half. Buck and three quarters. And look at it now. Well, McDonald's is seeing all this, and the cost of everything's gone up for them. And some people have shown pictures of a big Mac that has been torched and it doesn't burn. I don't know, that's good hype. But anyhow, McDonald's is coming out with a $5 meal, and they've had 3.5 years of disastrous, what they call by nomics. And that sparked inflation, storm that continues to spread. They even said a type of storm. I'll call it a hooey storm, you know what I mean? That continues to spread through the economy like stage four cancer on steroids and consumers under a lot of pressure. I mean, I. I hate getting a combo meal and paying, you know, $12 for it or $15 or $16. Truthfully, I seldom go to McDonald's unless I'm really pressed for time. I mean, if it came down to I had 45 minutes before the show to get everything prepped, set up on the computer, and make sure all my hookups were right, I grab a quick sandwich and eat that and that would be it. And, you know, you get a big Mac or you get a quarter pounder with cheese and you get some fries, and of course, you can have your own drinks at home and you're still paying around, I believe, nine or $10 for that. Who can afford it? Think of a family of four going in. You might be spending maybe just a hypothetical $30 or $40 to get a meal for the family when for $40. And if you made it at home, it would be a lot cheaper. Matter of fact, for $40, you probably have enough food for probably two to three days. Okay, so McDonald's is looking to come up with something decent. One of the things that the report said that the US corporate traffic and so forth, the first quarter of 2024 was not that good. And now they're trying to figure out how to really ramp it up to give something of lesser cost to people. The quality will probably be as good, but it's going to be for less cost. And to sweeten the deal here, McDonald's enlisted money from Coca Cola that could help cushion potential profitable profit. Big words, profitability for the franchisees. I imagine Koch is having their own problems, too. You're probably going to find out stuff going on at not only McDonald's, but Burger King Hardee's. You know, I drove by our new hardee's here in town and it was. I looked at it as a bad location. I went in there and ate a couple times. I thought, yeah, maybe, maybe not. And I'm being honest, I call things the way I see them. And the staff wasn't well trained. I don't know about the management, but there weren't very many cars in the parking lot. Matter of fact, every time I've gone by there to go to Wally World, there have only been two, three cars in the parking lot and not many cars in the drive through. Maybe it was a bad location for that franchise and we'll see what happens. But everybody's gonna be fighting for the same dollar, especially on that strip and on us 36. I believe there are something like six different restaurants, like boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, all fast food. And then there's waffle house. Food may be good, I don't know. I'm just not a waffle house person. But, you know, everybody's fighting for the same dollar. And so if you're going to be spending money to eat. You want to find the best place to eat for the money? Okay, there was something that came out which was interesting. Nebraska ends income taxes on gold and silver over and declares CBDCs are not lawful money. Central bank digital coins. They're not lawful according to Nebraska. I love those guys. JP Cortez at the Mises Institute did the report, and Jim Pillins, who's the governor of Nebraska, signed off on a bill that has become the 12th state to end capital gains taxes on sales of gold and silver. Why? Because it's currency. It is. And under the new Nebraska law, any gains or losses on precious metal sales reported on federal income tax returns are backed out, thereby removing them from the calculation of Nebraska's taxpayers adjusted gross income, or the AGI. Now, it was supported by the sound money Defense League, money medals exchange mouthful and in state advocates and Nebraska's sound money measure passed out of a unicameral legislature. That means it's one house and it passed through the Revenue committee unanimously. Big words again, before being amended to a larger bill. So they're tacking it on. Why in the world do we have to have tax on tax on tax on tax? Something to think about, guys. Something to really think about. Capital gains taxes. Okay, so you make more money on it, but currency, gold and silver should not have any capital gains at all. It is currency. Wow. Hey, as far as finance, Yahoo's finance, the weekly calendar, New York fed one year inflation expectations April is going to be 3% earnings from BuzzFeed, Petrobas Stone and 10 cm musical entertainment. And that's going to be Monday. And let's see economic data. NFIB small business optimism. Okay, producer price index month over month is plus three tenths of a percent. However, I learned the producer price index does not include gasoline, it does not include food. So it's the inflation is actually less on the CPI. If they included that, we would have a lot more inflation. I forget what the inflation was. 910 percent. Okay, if you've checked out prepper princess that I put up on the website from time to time, how about gardening? Gardening? Think about it. Patara will talk about that on Appalachia's homestead. Have you started a small garden yet? It's been too windy for me to plant. However, this next week it should be really nice and I can get some new topsoil added to my raised gardens and start putting in my tomatoes and my no heat jalapenos. I love them. And I've got other things I have to get started. And some, some people will say oh, it's too late. It's too late. No, it isn't. I've got all my seeds ready to put out and start. I just have to get some new topsoil to amend what I have, and then I can go ahead and start planting everything. Start a garden. Phil from rusty ducks custom pens. He has probably six or seven raised gardens in his backyard. You know, I like to move my yard and keep it nice and neat and everything else. He's got the raised gardens, and they stand about two and a half to 3ft tall. And he's, he's got all kinds of crops. He's even got a small greenhouse. I even bought my peppers and tomatoes from him. He does a great job doing that. So anyhow, I'm starting to prepare. I love cilantro. I make a mean salsa. A mean salsa. It's not hot. It's flavorful. And I'll tell you what, if my cilantro comes up really good, I'm going to enjoy it. I am going to. I'm really going to enjoy salsa. I read something today in DIY everywhere.com about aspirin water. Aspirin water. Have you ever thought about that? Well, there was an article about that. And aspirin water, when you add it to your beds, where you put your plants, it boosts the plant immunity and enhances growth and germination, helping plants overcome stress. Preparing aspirin water for your garden. Hey, dissolve one aspirin, 325 milligrams and a gallon of water. And for seed germination, you might use a weaker solution, like maybe half an aspirin. But once prepared, use the solution to water your plants or spray it on their foliage. Didn't think you'd learn that, did you? Hmm? What's going on in Chicago? Hey, Chicago mayor wants $1 billion more for schools, even though 43% of the teachers are chronically absent. What does that tell you about Chicago schools? Hmm? They want more money. They keep wanting more money, and they don't produce. We've got a problem, don't we? Wow. Right now, guys, gold is at $2,373.20. It went up $26.50. Silver went up $0.04. It's now at $28.39 an ounce and probably going to be about dollar 35 a coin. Okay. Platinum is $1,013.60. It's up $14.80. What does that tell you people? Everybody is hedging for a calamity. That's why if you pay down your debt and you put some money aside and you want to go ahead and get some precious metals, it might be the time. Remember, silver is poor man's gold. If you can't afford gold, then go ahead and get silver. Here's the thing. If you want to get gold, don't buy the big bars. They're too heavy. You can't put them in your pocket. You'll rip your pocket right out of your pants. Don't buy the little tiny bars. Get the 110 ounce coins. Now, the 110 ounce coins, according to AP M E X. If I can find out where they are right now. Oh, I'm still looking. Here we go. Quarter ounce american gold eagle coin is $771.10. That's as low as they can be. A lot higher. If you want to buy a bitcoin, a 1oz gold bitcoin, $2,452.59 for 1oz. Now, if you can't hold it and you can't spend it, no way I'm going to touch it. I look at 110 ounce oint, 110 ounce coins of gold because they can be bartered. And I look at silver, the american eagles, 1oz. Oh my God. Silver just dropped eleven cents to twenty eight dollars and thirty nine cents. And gold dropped $8.80 as we have talked. Wow. This market can go up and down very quickly. And if you're going to go from silver.com or you're going to buy from Apmex or others, do your research. Make sure that they have a secure delivery method. And make sure you have a secure way of storing your precious metals. Okay? Make sure you do that. But buy from a reputable dealer. Okay. One big thing we're talking about how to lend money to your family. There was an article on Yahoo. Finance that came out with that. And what's happening? What's happening is you go through what they're saying is nama Namma. And it's a platform that structures loan agreements and sends repayment notifications. So if a family member says, and you're hurting for money, okay, I'll loan you $10,000 actually to keep from filling out a Finsaid 104 form, $9,900. Because once you get to 10,000, you got to fill out the form no matter what. Let's say it's $9,900, you can go to Namma and they will set up the rates and so forth. High interest rates that the bank have, way too expensive. You can get it cheaper and by loaning money from a relative and you set up the payments and so forth. I think that the interest rate that you have, let's say you have a 10,000 or larger loan from a relative, they have to charge a minimum interest rate of 4.97% under the Internal Revenue Service guidelines. And the average rate on a 24 month personal loan from a bank was 12.49%. That was in February. So there are ways you can do that. I believe I put that on our website. Matter of fact, we have just a couple minutes. I put some things in there. By the way, happy Mother's day to all the mothers out there. You know, if it wasn't for the mothers and fathers getting together, we wouldn't be here, would we? Okay. Inflation and consumer spending updates. I've got a video on that posted. There was one guy.
